Ferramentas de qualidade na gestão dos serviços de saúde:: revisão integrativa de literatura

A adoção de ferramentas da qualidade contribui para o desenvolvimento de um serviço de excelência que antecipa as demandas dos usuários e viabilizam as ações gerenciais, colaboram para a identificação, compreensão e solução de problemas. O estudo objetivou descrever e analisar as referências bibliográficas sobre a importância das ferramentas da qualidade para a Gestão dos Serviços de Saúde.Trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa, onde se realizou busca eletrônica de artigos publicados em banco de dados eletrônicos da LILACS, BDENF e MEDLINE, no período de 2009 a 2014. Os resultados do estudo evidenciou que as ferramentas da qualidade são importantes instrumentos da gestão da qualidade, e propiciam a melhoria na qualidade dos serviços oferecidos aos usuários, uma vez que apoiam o processo de tomada de decisão e a gestão das políticas de saúde para o SUS. Portanto, o estudo torna-se relevante devido a pouca quantidade de pesquisas relacionadas às ferramentas da qualidade na gestão dos serviços de saúde, também auxiliará os acadêmicos de enfermagem e outros profissionais da saúde, a compreenderem a relevância da adequada utilização destas ferramentas para a gestão da qualidade e melhoria continua dos serviços de saúde oferecidos à população. The end of global constitutionalism and rise of antidemocratic politics

Drawing upon the idea of “constitutional antagonism” this article offers a critique of the liberal cosmopolitan framing global constitutionalism and its response to the rise of antidemocratic and “populist” authoritarian politics. Liberal cosmopolitan approaches to global constitutionalism generally pay inadequate attention to the ways in which neoliberal ideology and rationality have come to dominate the fragmented networks and structures of global constitutionalism and the connected emergence of an anti-cosmopolitan and authoritarian discourse of “nationalist neoliberalism”. Against the limits of liberal cosmopolitanism, and against the twin threats of neoliberal transnational governance and neoliberal nationalist, interstate conflict, it is argued that if an idea of transnational or global constitutionalism is to be held onto and retain any value then it must be based upon socially transformative ideas of egalitarian and ecological social justice and enacted through legal and political strategies and struggles that attempt to actively displace neoliberal ideology and rationality

The Heterogeneous State and Legal Pluralism in Mozambique

This article analyzes some of the most salient features of the state and the legal system in Mozambique. I propose the concept of the heterogeneous state to highlight the breakdown of the modern equation between the unity of the state, on the one hand, and the unity of its legal and administrative operation, on the other. The centrality of legal pluralism is analyzed in light of an empirical research focused on community courts and traditional authorities. I use the concept of legal hybridization with the purpose of showing the porosity of the boundaries of the different legal orders and cultures in Mozambique and the deep cross-fertilizations or cross-contaminations among them. Special attention is given to the multicultural plurality resulting from the interaction between modern law and traditional law, the latter conceived here as an alternative modernity
