Per una nuova cultura dei bisogni. Dispositivi e pratiche inclusive in dialogo
The contribution proposes to reflect on the special educational needs. In fact, if the constructshould be overcome in favour of the recognition of the diversity and differences of each, the everydaylife of school is made up of educational practices that confront this theme. The school world in recent years has not always grasped the value of this proposal and has easilyfallen into drifts of categorization and simplification. To avoid that in this present time the educationalworld fails to build inclusive horizons and designs, it is proposed to read the concept of needin a new way and to invest in initial and continuing training in order to promote the building of anew culture of needs
Emergent literacy and shared reading. Read without knowing how to read
The article provides an overview about studies of emergent literacy skills defined as the set of skills, knowledge and attitudes that are prerequisites of the ability to read and write. Neural circuits that enable language and reading skills are based on a combination of innate patterns and environmental experiences, which develop from the earliest stages of life. Precocity of initiation into shared reading is an important factor in building and improving emergent literacy components, in terms of both oral language, phonological component and knowledge of the written language in its conventional aspects, its functions and knowledge of the alphabet itself. If the family has the primary task of promoting opportunities for dialogic reading, the educational services in the 0-6 age group today are called out to recognize a fundamental role to the practice of shared reading and to earn a progressive awareness of the benefits that can produce in terms of cognitive, emotional and relational development.

Emergent literacy e lettura condivisa. Leggere senza saper leggere
Lâeducativa domiciliare come opportunitĂ inclusiva.
Since the end of the 1970s, the world of cooperation has taken over most of socioâeducational services management forminors and adults with disabilities in Italy. The types present are numerous and entrusted to socioâpedagogical educators,as established by the recent Iori law. Special attention should be given to home education that is about the multiplicityof interventions, activated by social and health services and in synergy with them, which take place in the home contextof those in charge. The inclusive trajectories of this service are different and require complex relational and reflectiveskills, which require significant initial training but also ongoing accompaniment. The paper analyzes the role that theserealities carry out for the support to parenthood and for the acquisition of basic and social autonomiesIl mondo della cooperazione ha assunto in Italia dalla fine degli Anni Settanta la maggior parte della gestione dei servizi socio-educativi rivolti a minori e adulti con disabilitĂ .

The contribution provide a reflection on the bio-psycho-social perspective of the InternationalClassification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) in the Italian school context. In fact, the ICF instrument has been present in our country for almost twenty years, but the complexity of the proposed paradigm has not always allowed the developement of teaching practices that consider the ecological and contextual dimension. In particular, the drafting of the functioning profile and the individualized Educational plan require a reflective thinking by teaching staff. The considerations here presented born within the experience of the specialization course for the support activities of the University of Perugia, that questioned methodological positions and accompanying practices regarding the entry of ICFâs model at school
Required competences and specific training for learning tutor
The present contribution wants to start a reflection on the evolution of the professional educator role given the recent normative interventions and some new circles of intervention. Starting from a synthesis of research about the courses that in Italy are proposed today for the formation of tutor learning, the following job proposes a pedagogic reading of this new profile. It appears a well-defined frame of functions that however needs a more suitable definition in terms of formation and professional identity, not always so anchored to educational knowledges and postures.
The number of students with disabilities enrolled in university pathways is clearly growing. Recent ministerial measures not only urge universities to provide authentic and accessible responses and mediations, but in fact call into question a series of interventions that, in an ecological way, involve the entire community. The contribution starting from a synthesis of national and international research on the reasons for the university success of these students proposes an analysis of systematic actions that call for the activation of a community capable of accompanying this transition, coordinating and integrating different actors, devices and practices. In particular, the emphasis is on the role that the Individual Plan can play as an inclusive instrument to increase the number of opportunities in the life project in terms of personal, social and professional resources.
Reports of suspected Learning Disorders are significantly increased even when it comes to problems that must be addressed with specific teaching actions. To meet that need, born the pilot project for research-training, financed by the Umbria Region, and that involves the Regional Scholastic Office and the local health authorities of Perugia and Terni, is meant to accompany a championof teachers of the first classes of primary school in the acquisition of a more refined professional skill with respect to the reading and writing, and early identification of risk factors.Research has highlighted the importance of building a methodology and teaching based on observation and documentation. These tools are able to tell the story of every child learns to read and write, in an open setting to learning social perspective and respectful of the times of each. The pilot project will be extended this year to other teachers of other educational institutions andtrained teachers will become, in turn, co-trainers of colleagues in their own educational institution.Reports of suspected Learning Disorders are significantly increased even when it comes to problems that must be addressed with specific teaching actions.
