    Examined Mytilus galloprovincialis Lamarck mushroom presence in 1819

    Gljive su važna skupina mikroorganizama prisutnih u morskom okolišu i u morskim organizmima. U ovom radu, ispitivano je prisutnost gljiva u mediteranskoj dagnji Mytilus galloprovincialis Lamarck, 1819. Uzorci dagnji su uzeti sa šest postaja: ACI Marina Pula, otok Sv. Katarina, ACI Marina Rovinj, Strunjan, Seča i Dobrova. Dvije postaje su uzete kao kontrolne točke: postaja Sv. Katarina zbog toga jer nema izvora onečišćenja u blizini, samo donos strujama iz rovinjske luke, te postaja Strunjan, uzgajalište dagnji. Dagnje su uzorkovane u veljači i travnju 2014. godine. Određivali smo prisutnost gljiva u probavnoj žlijezdi dagnji pomoću histološke i molekularne analize. Histološkom analizom utvrdili smo prisutnost i identificirali tri roda gljiva: Ulocladium, Psylocibe i Alternaria. Rodovi gljiva nađeni su u probavnoj žlijezdidagnji uzorkovanih na postajama Dobrova, ACI Marina Rovinj, ACI Marina Pula i Sv. Katarina. Na postaji Strunjan i Seča nisu uočene gljive u dagnji. Molekularnom analizom nisu nađene gljive u tkivima uzorkovanih dagnji.Fungi are an important constituent of microbes in marine environment and marine organisms. In this study, we investigated fungi in Mediterranean mussel Mytilus galloprovincialis, Lamarck 1819. Samples were taken from six stations: ACI Marina Pula, Sv. Katarina, ACI Marina Rovinj, Strunjan, Seča and Dobrova. We have taken two as control points: Sv. Katarina because there is no source of pollution in the vicinity, only by currents from the port of Rovinj, and Strunjan, a mussel farm. Mussels were sampled in February and April 2014. We determined the presence of fungi in digestive glands by histological and molecular analysis. By histological analysis, we identified the presence and identification of three fungi genus: Ulocladium, Psylocibe. i Alternaria. Fungal species were found in the digestive glands sampled at Dobrova, ACI Marina Rovinj, ACI Marina Pula and Sv. Catherine. No fungi were observed at Strunjan and Seča stations. Molecular analysis showed no fungi in the tissues of sampled mussels
