DAMPAK PEMUDARAN TRADISI LISAN JAWA PADA REMAJA DI KOTA BINJAI

Penduduk kota Binjai mayoritas bersuku Jawa. Pada masa sekarang ini , budaya sudah banyak mengalami pergeseran akibat adanya arus globalisasi. Masyarakat khususnya generasi muda banyak yang menilai bahwa tatanan kehidupan dalam budaya  dinilai sudah kuno dan tidak modern.  Lebih  lanjut  lagi,  nilai-nilai  luhur  tersebut  banyak  yang  sudah  tidak dipahami  atau  tidak  dimiliki  lagi  oleh  para  generasi  muda. dipahami , dan nilai-nilai luhur ini yang disebut tradisi lisan. Sangat kritis rasanya jika generasi muda kita  harus kehilangan jati diri mereka dalam budayanya. Penelitian ini mencoba merevitalisasi tradisi lisan Jawa  yang dilmiki penduduk kota Binjai. Lokasi penelitian ini diambil SMA Abdi Negara sebagai sample penelitian. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah descriptive kualitatif yaitu dengan  berusaha mendiskripsikan dan membangun struktur sosial budaya suatu masyarakat dan membandingkan sistem sosial dalam rangka mendapatkan kaidah–kaidah umum tentang masyarakat.  Dalam  etnografi  modern,  bentuk  sosial dan budaya masyarakat dibangun dan dideskripsikan melalui analisis dan nalar sang peneliti. Sang peneliti harus benar –benar masuk kedalam masyarakat untuk  menghasilkan data yang akurat,. Pengecekan ulang seperti ini  sangat diperlukan  untuk mengetahui kebenaran penelitian, yaitu dengan  dilakukan dengan survey , wawancara, dokumentasi.  Setelah dilakukan kegiatan penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepunahan tradisi lisan jawa di kota binjai disebabkan beberapa faktor misalnya saja faktor keluarga, lingkungan , dan perkembangan teknologi. Dan penelitian ini bertujuan khusus untuk : mengembalikan jati diri para remaja kota Binjai akan akan budaya mereka khususnya mengenal diri mereka melalui tradisi lisan Jaw

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK BADAN PADA KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK PRATAMA LUBUK PAKAM

This study aims to find out, analyze and empirically prove the Service Quality of the Compliance of Corporate Taxpayers at the Lubuk Pakam Tax Service Office. The population of this study is the taxpayers registered in the Pratama Lubuk Pakam Tax Office totaling 8.235 taxpayers spread across 22 sub-districts in Deli Serdang Regency. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling by distributing questionnaires, and respondents who returned the questionnaire were 99 corporate taxpayers. Testing the research data using simple linear regression analysis, partial tests and determinants. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality partially proved to influence the Compliance of Corporate Taxpayers at the Lubuk Pakam Primary Tax Service Office

ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN PRIMA PADA MASYARAKAT DI KECAMATAN PERBAUNGAN KABUPATEN SERDANG BEDAGAI

This study aims to determine the analysis of employee performance in providing excellentservice to the community in Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study usesa SWOT approach, aims to determine the performance of employees in providing excellentservice to the community in Per baungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The populationof this study was the Head of the Sub Sub-district Head, Employees and the Community ofPerbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, as many as 30 people. The analysistechnique used is SWOT analysis. From the results of the internal – external matrix obtainedfrom the total value of the weighting score on the improvement strategy, the internal factor isworth 0.625, which means this value is the difference between strengths and weaknesses. Andfor exte rnal factors it is worth 0.205, which means this value is the difference betweenopportunities and threats, where the threat value is the same as the opportunity. EmployeePerformance Analysis in Providing Excellent Service to the Community in PerbaunganDistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, is in quadrant I (Aggressive Strategy).
