Analysis of the directive management of the colegio cofraternidad de San Fernando through the institutional evaluation in early childhood

En Colombia la atención a los niños y niñas de primera infancia evoluciona de forma positiva debido al interés de los gobiernos por ofrecer nuevas expectativas de vida, salud y educación fortaleciendo los ambientes de aprendizaje y la diligencia de todos los procesos que tienen que ver con esta población. Es importante resaltar que todos los esfuerzos gubernamentales por mejorar las condiciones de vida de los niños y niñas han servido para atraer a otras entidades tanto públicas como privadas, con el único propósito de darles la importancia y el reconocimiento que la niñez tiene en la formación de los nuevos ciudadanos de un mundo cada vez más cambiante. En ese sentido, los cambios significativos en las instituciones educativas se ven reflejados en la forma como son adecuados los espacios para hacerlos realmente acogedores, brindando comodidad y experiencias significativas en actividades cotidianas en el ámbito escolar. Debido a lo anterior, este trabajo de grado propone empoderar aún más la primera infancia dentro de la organización institucional y sobre todo quiere que sus sugerencias e inquietudes sean tenidas en cuenta como parte de la eficacia de la Gestión Directiva en el Colegio Cofraternidad de San Fernando. De esta forma, se visualiza la formación integral de los niños y niñas de acuerdo con los ambientes enriquecidos que ofrece la institución, ligado a la calidad humana y al compromiso de los docentes y directivos de la institución; así como las experiencias y la proyección empresarial que impactan directamente en el entorno escolar, unido a los constantes esfuerzos para cumplir las metas establecidas desde el inicio del año. Desde luego cabe resaltar que la presencia de los Directivos en la primera infancia hace parte de la concertación y asertividad tanto en la relación como en la comunicación que se debe implementar cada vez más en la institución, lo cual genera espacios de diálogo e intercambio de opiniones que beneficiarán a todos los integrantes de la comunidad educativa.In Colombia, care for early childhood children evolves in a positive way due to the interest of governments in offering new life, health and education expectations, strengthening learning environments and diligence in all the processes that have to do with this. population. Due to the above, this degree project proposes to further empower early childhood within the institutional organization and, above all, wants their suggestions and concerns to be taken into account as part of the effectiveness of Directive Management at the Colegio Cofraternidad de San Fernando. . In this way, the integral formation of boys and girls is visualized according to the enriched environments offered by the institution, linked to human quality and the commitment of the teachers and directors of the institution; as well as the experiences and business projection that have a direct impact on the school environment, together with the constant efforts to meet the goals established since the beginning of the year.
