    EIAキットによる食用花(エディブルフラワー)の残留農薬測定について : ガスクロマトグラフ分析等による確認実験の結果

    EIAキットにより高濃度の農薬が検出された食用花の一部について,GC,GC/MS,LCを用いて追試を行った結果.ETAキットによる食用花の残留農薬測定法の結果に問題点があることが明らかとなったので,その対策について検討をおこなった。GC等による追試では,EIAキットで高い検出値の検体について相当量の残留農薬を検出したものが数検体あった。しかし.EIAキットの結果に比べ,1桁少なく検出されたものが数検体あり,また,多くの検体については,ETAキットで検出された農薬がGC等では検出されなかった。すなわち,EIAキットでは,キット名の農薬の他に交叉反応のある農薬等を一緒に測定していることが明らかとなり,またキット名の農薬や交叉反応のある農薬以外の酵素反応に桔抗する物質を測定している場合が多いことがGC測定から推定された。\u27従って,今後抽出液の精製法の検討が必要であると考えられた。Edible flowers, which showed relatively high density of pesticide residues by EIA-kit, were checked by GC, GC/MS and LC. Problems of the result by EIA-kit were uncovered, and the countermeasure to cope with it was investigated. In a few samples(6%), pesticides of high density were also detected by GC and so on. But in several other samples(3%), about one tenth pesticide was detected by GC etc. As that of EIA-kit. And in the remaining samples(91%), pesticides detected by EIA-kit weren\u27t detected by GC and other analytical methods. It became clear that cross reaction with similar pesticides and with competing substance in EIA-kit analysis were suggested by our experiments. From these results, we indicate the necessity of investigating purification method of the extract

    SERUM LEVELS OF COAGULATION-FIBRINOLYSIS FACTORS IN NORMAL PREGNANCY, LABOR AND PUERPERIUM AND IN CESAREAN SECTION DELIVERY

    Plasma levels of fibrinopeptide A (FPA), fibrinopeptide B,β15-42 (FPB,β15-42), high molecular weight kininogen (HMW-kg), kinin, prekallikrein and kallikrein inhibitor during pregnancy, labor, cesarean section and puerperium were studied in 170 cases of full term normal delivery and 20 cases of cesarean section delivery with 30 non-pregnant women taken as control. Significant increases of FPA, FPBβ 15-42 and kinin during normal delivery and puerperium were found. There was also a significant increase of FPA in the uterine venous blood during cesarean section. Significant decrease of HMW-kg during normal labor and also significant decrease of prekallikrein and kallikrein inhibitor after cesarean section were also seen. Our findings suggested that the hypercoagulable state during pregnancy is due to the increase of thrombin and plasmin activity, and the kallikrein-kinin system may be related to the onset of labor and post-delivery uterine contraction.     Endoscopic hematoma evacuation through dilated burr hole for acute subdural hematoma in elderly patients_ Feasibility of endoscopic procedure and its technical tips as less invasive surgery

    Object: We describe results of endoscopic surgery for acute subdural hematoma in elderly patients, and simple technique of the endoscopic procedure for acute subdural hematoma (ASDH) through an extended burr hole in elderly patients and discuss its technical aspects. Methods: We performed endoscopic evacuation of acute subdural hematoma in selected fifteen elderly patients. The following data were collected and evaluated: age, sex, laterality, administration of anti-thrombotic agents, injury severity score (ISS), pre and post-operative GCS, modified Rankin scale (mRS) before and post-treatment of ASDH, type of anesthesia, operation time, origin of bleeding. Results: Postoperatively, satisfactory hematoma evacuation was accomplished. No hemorrhagic adverse effects related with endoscopic procedure were observed. Postoperative GCS was improved in all patients, and three patients were discharged with mRS 0–2 consistent with independent gait. Conclusion: Endoscopic evacuation of acute subdural hematoma for elderly patient is a less invasive treatment and might be technically feasible in selected cases
