Structural analysis of the dynamics of petrochemical cluster of Republic Tatarstan
© MCSER-Mediterranean Center of Social and Educational Research. The article analyzes the competitive position and the dynamics of indicators of a petrochemical complex of Republic of Tatarstan. The authors of the article place emphasis on competitive growth of regional commodity producers and the tools applied to evaluate economic efficiency of resources utilization. The article deals with the assessing the level of competition and study the dynamics of the volume turnover. It involves a structural decomposition of growth on sectoral and regional components. The special attention is given to the analysis of costs by kinds of the economic activities, corresponding to an industrial profile of Republic Tatarstan
Model of management of competitiveness of a machine-building complex
At the present stage of the economic relations development, competitive fight both in domestic and on the world market becomes more and more tougher. Thus it should be noted that connection between competitiveness of the enterprise and condition of its economic situation. Therefore, for the enterprise that seeks to break forth to the world market, management of competitiveness becomes a decisive factor. © IDOSI Publications, 2013
Matrix approach to assessing competitiveness of regions: From methodology to practice
© Canadian Center of Science and Education. The article considers methodological aspects of grouping regions of a federal district by the degree of their competitiveness in the sectoral markets with account of determination of the probability of transition of a certain economic activity from one group of competitiveness to another. At that, an effort is for the first time taken to substantiate the matrix approach to determination of the competitiveness of sectoral markets, which allows taking into account all possible combinations of the market competitive profile of a region, which combines all possible combinations of localization and concentration of manufacture. The authors carry out experimental computations regarding assessment of competitiveness of the industrial profile of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Volga Federal District, and based on that develop probabilistic forecasts of transition of certain economic activities of the Republic of Tatarstan from one competitiveness group to another
Modeling of economic system of the development of the russian federation system
The article covers the main approaches to the macro economic modeling. It represents the author's model of macro economic modeling based on nine sector market model (with subdividing into classical markets - commodity market, labormarket, market of capitals, and with mutual influence of these markets). The first segmentis "Isoquanta of production function". This quadrant shows main lyinter change ability of labor and capital as the factors of production. The second segment is called "Wage Dynamics". The third quadrant is "The proportion soflabor for cemarket". The curves presented in it arean aggregate supply and an aggregate demand for labor force. The fourth quadrant is called "Production function on the basic production assets". It shows what number of the main production assets is essential to generate production equal to composite demand (offer). The fifth quadrant "Commodity market"corresponds to the traditional model of the market, the diagrams correspond to the traditional curves of the aggregate demand and offer of goods. The sixth quadrant is a new graphic model which is headlinedas "Production function on labor function". The economic purportis to show many working hours (in the form of the employed in national economy) it takes to gear production. The seventh quadrant "The market of capitals", as consistent with the title, describes the traditional dependence of the market of capitals. The eighth quadrant represents "Price influence on the cost of capital". The conclusive ninth quadrantis titled "The influence of the cost of capital on employment". The modelby an example of the economic system of the Russian Federation was approbated. Inconclusion, the find ingsand recommendation sonmacroeconomic regulation of the main disproportions in economic system were given
Effect of quality on the demand and utility
This paper are investigated questions of interrelation of quality and demand and are considered concepts, which limiting utility, quality and demand On the basis of revealing of interconnection between theories of welfare and markets of imperfect competition, by quality non-homogeneity of goods and services, consumers and producers there determines the influence of public welfare on mechanisms of imperfect competition market and their adverse effect on public welfare which includes stimulation of demand and growth of welfare on the basis of rising level of quality of produced and consumed goods and services. © IDOSI Publications, 2013

In this article we tried to complete and expand the scientific results in the field of theory quality, value and profits by identifying mechanisms of influence the quality of goods and services to offer the producer, the consumer utility and the utility of the formation of their benefits (profit and utility)
Structural analysis of the formation of value chain by basic technological conversions in oil and gas chemical sector (Example of the Republic of Tatarstan) | Neftqazkimya kompleksinda asas texnoloji yenidanbolusdiirma iizra dayar zancirinin formalasmasinin struktur tahlili (Tataristan Respublikasinin timsalmda)
The article presents a macroeconomic analysis of basic technological conversion indices (by economic activity categories), conducted for oil and gas chemical sector of the Republic of Tatarstan. The author offers his own cost analysis technique for the production chain for plastic products, from raw material extraction to end product manufacturing. The production chain cost analysis technique permits to establish a share of costs in revenue from petrochemical products manufacturing by basic technological conversions. A value chain structure of oil and gas chemical sector of the Republic of Tatarstan is made for the period from 2005 to 2012
Large Scale Properties of Tilt of Sunspot Groups and Joy's Law Near The Solar Equator
We present a physical mechanism of formation of tilt angles of sunspots due
to the process of formation of active regions below the solar photosphere. The
contribution of Coriolis force factors on large-scale flows of super-granular
convection in turbulent media has been investigated in details. On the basis of
earlier works by Kleeorin et al. (2016) and Safiullin et al. (2018) we give
physical estimates of orders of magnitude of the effect and estimate the tilt
angles near the solar equator, in the "Royal" zone of solar activity. The above
model is based on the balance of the small-scale and large scale magnetic
helicities and describes in details the sunspot formation process over the last
five solar cycles (since 1964). We adopt this model for a wider class of
manifestations of solar activity. We present latitudinal dependence of the mean
tilt on these five solar cycles and time-latitudinal diagrams over a limited
range of latitudes and phases of the solar cycle.Comment: manuscript in Russian, total 17 pages, 4 figures (with Abstract and

Methodological Approaches to Assess the Stability and Global Competitiveness of the Regions Under the Macroeconomic Instability Conditions
© 2015, Mediterranean Center of Social and Educational Research. All rights reserved. Modern conditions of managing are characterized by the deep level of integration of national economic systems. Special relevance to the considered processes of adaptation of regional economic systems to “external” impulses is given by the introduction in 2012 to Russia in the WTO and accumulation in recent months of intensity in the relations of the Russian Federation with a certain part of the world community. In work the task of approbation of the methodical principles of taking note of external “impulses” on an index of business activity of the region (IDA) on the example of two regions of the Volga Federal District is set: Republic of Tatarstan and Ulyanovsk region
