    Karakteristik Morfologi dan Morfometrik Lebah Madu Tak Bersengat (Apidae; Melliponinae) pada Koloni di Daerah Pesisir Pulau Ambon

    This study aimed to describe the morphological characters and morphometric measurements of worker level from the genus and species of stingless bee colonies in coastal areas. Observation of morphological characters and morphometric measurements used a microscope (stereo model Nikon C-LEEDS equipped with obtilab viewers software camera and image raster). The stingless bee species found in coastal areas belonged to the genus Tetragonula which consisted of Tetragonula sapiens and T. clypearis. T. sapiens was found in two locations, namely the coast of Airlow Hamlet and Negeri Rutong. T. clypearis was found in four locations, i.e., on the coast of Dusun Airlow, Negeri Rutong, Negeri Hukurila and Dusun Seri. Morphological identification was done by identifying ten morphological characters, and morphometric identification was done by measuring fourteen body parts. The results of this study indicated that the morphological and morphometric characters of T. sapiens workers were dominantly black in color with a body size of 3.74-4.25 mm. The first through the sixth abdomen tergites were black. The morphological and morphometric characters T. clypearis had a brownish black body color with a body size of 2.81-3.38 mm, a black thorax covered by six longitudinal hair bands and each separated by five conspicuous glabrous, the first and second abdomen tergites were brownish whereas the third through the sixth were black. Keywords: Ambon Island, morphology, morphometric, stingless bees.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakter morfologi dan pengukuran morfometrik strata pekerja dari genus dan spesies lebah tak bersengat koloni daerah pesisir. Pengamatan karakter morfologi dan pengukuran morfometrik menggunakan mikroskop (stereo model Nikon C-LEEDS yang dilengkapi kamera software obtilab viewers dan image raster). Spesies lebah tak bersengat yang ditemukan di daerah pesisir pantai tergolong dalam genus Tetragonula yang terdiri dari Tetragonula sapiens dan T. clypearis. T. sapiens ditemukan di dua lokasi yaitu pesisir pantai Dusun Airlow dan Negeri Rutong. T. clypearis ditemukan di empat lokasi, yaitu di pesisir pantai Dusun Airlow, Negeri Rutong, Negeri Hukurila dan Dusun Seri. Identifikasi morfologi dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi sepuluh karakter morfologi dan identifikasi morfometrik dilakukan dengan cara mengukur empat belas bagian tubuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan karakter morfologi dan morfometrik tubuh pekerja T. sapiens dominan berwarna hitam dengan ukuran tubuh 3.74-4.25 mm. Abdomen dan tergite satu sampai enam berwarna hitam. Karakter morfologi dan morfometrik T. clypearis memiliki warna tubuh hitam kecoklatan dengan ukuran tubuh 2.81-3.38 mm, thorax berwarna hitam yang ditutupi oleh enam hair bands longitudinal dan masing-masing dipisahkan oleh lima glabrous yang mencolok, abdomen dan tergite pertama sampai kedua berwarna kecoklatan sedangkan tergite ketiga sampai enam berwarna hitam.     PENGEMBANGAN E-LEARNING BERBASIS WEB DI SMK PASIM PLUS KOTA SUKABUMI

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa website e-learning dengan nama domain https://moodle.pasimlearning.com yang layak digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah kuesioner dan wawancara, dengan menggunakan intstrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi yang teridiri atas lembar validasi ahli media, lembar validasi ahli materi, dan angket respon peserta didik. Partisipan penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI OTKP 1 SMK Pasim Plus Sukabumi sejumlah 5 orang di uji coba skala kecil dan 20 orang di uji coba skala besar. Hasil akhir penilaian pada produk yang dikembangkan menunjukkan rerata 4,4 dari skala 5 (Sangat Layak) dari ahli media, rerata 5 dari skala 5 (Sangat Layak) dari ahli materi, dan rerata 4,1 dari skala 5 (Layak) dari 5 peserta didik uji coba kecil, serta rerata 4,6 dari skala 5 (Sangat Layak) dari 20 peserta didik uji coba besar.     This study aims to produce a product in the form of an e-learning website developed through Moodle, with the domain name https://moodle.pasimlearning.com which is suitable for the distance learning process. Moodle is a system specifically designed for managing distance learning that can openly be developed by anyone. The type of research used is research and development by adopting the Borg & Gall development model up to the field trial stage. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews, using data collection instruments in the form of media expert validation sheets, material expert validation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The research participants were 5 students of class XI OTKP 1 SMK Pasim Plus Sukabumi in the small-scale trial and 20 in the large-scale trial. The eligibility criteria for the media developed in this study were determined by the value of B, which is the feasible category. The final result of the assessment on the product developed shows a mean of 4.4 out of a scale of 5 (Very Eligible) from media experts, a mean of 5 out of a scale of 5 (Very Feasible) from a material expert, and a mean of 4.1 out of a scale of 5 (Feasible) from 5 participants students in small-scale trials, as well as a mean of 4.6 from a scale of 5 (Very Eligible) from 20 students in large-scale trials. Thus, https://moodle.pasimlearning.com is very suitable for use as a medium in the distance learning process

    Learning is all efforts made by a teacher (educator) to ensure that the learning process takes place in students. The learning process is a communication process to convey messages or materials. Learning materials require appropriate learning media so that the learning process goes well and students can understand the messages and materials conveyed by the teacher. Learning technology aims to encourage learning and improve performance by creating, using, or utilizing and managing appropriate technological processes and resources. Android devices can also develop into interactive learning media that are useful for students. This study aims to produce products in the form of interactive android application learning media that are suitable for use for learning. The type of research used is research and development of R&D with reference to research and development by Borg and Gall which consists of ten stages of data collection used by researchers are interviews with subject teachers, and through classroom observations to students. Meanwhile, the method of collecting data is through a questionnaire based on media from material experts, media and design experts, and user ratings. The results showed that the material expert validation obtained a 90% presentation in the very appropriate category. The media expert validation results obtained a presentation of 88% in the very feasible category and field trials by students scored 90% in the "very feasible" category. Thus, it can be concluded that this learning media product is said to be very suitable for use in student learning

    Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Cisco IT Essential Virtual Desktop untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar

The purpose of the research is to know the effect ofCisco IT Essential Virtual Desktop learning media to the learning result of class X TKJ Bstudents in Computer and Basic Network subject especially in computer assemblingmaterial. The research method used is Quantitative approach using Pretest-Posttest One-Group design. The population in this study amounted to 67 students (all classes X TKJ)and the sample was 31 students (class X TKJ B). Data analysis using simple linearregression. The results of this study are: an increase in learning outcomes of learners usinglearning media Cisco IT Essential Virtual Desktop. Seen from the average value beforetreatment was 38.70 and after treatment experienced a drastic increase of 72.58. And theincrease of 33.87
