The research problem is represented by the weakness in implementing the plans for some playing modes in this game and consequently weakness and decline in the planning and skilful performance for most players. This study aims to make and design practices for tactical sequences for some playing modes in the Futsal game and to learn the effects of these practices in the planning and skilful performances of the research sample. The study hypothesis that there are statistically important differences between the results pre-tests and post-tests in planning and skilful performance for the research of the two groups for the experimental group. Used the experimental method to suit the nature of the problem to be solved and to achieve the objectives and the hypothesis of the research. The main experiment implementation lasted for 6 weeks that contains 3 training learning units. After finishing the main experiment, the posttest was made and used SPSS to treat the results of posttests and pretests for the experiment of the two groups. For the skill and planning performance of the experimental group. Used the experimental method or its suitability to the nature problem to be solved and to achieve the objectives and hypothesis of the research and reach to several conclusions including that the practices of tactical sequences or some modes of playing that are made and corrected by the researcher which had a positive influence in developing the in skilful and planning performance for the subjects of the experimental group

Taxation of multinational banks : using formulary apportionment to reflect economic reality

    Get PDF
The taxation of multinational banks is currently governed by general principles of international tax. However, there are characteristics exclusive to multinational banks that may warrant consideration of a separate taxing regime, as the current system does not produce a result that accurately reflects the economic source of the income or the location of the economic activity. The suggested alternative is unitary taxation using global formulary apportionment

Effects of flipped learning on kinesthetic response and scoring accuracy in football at indoors stadiums for middle school students according to Susan Model

    Get PDF
The study aims to design educational units using reverse learning strategy, prepared by the researcher in advance through video lessons according to Susan's settings for learning patterns and determine their effects on the highest mobility response and scoring accuracy in futsal according to learning patterns The sample was divided into three sections (visual learning mode, vocal learning mode and motor learning mode), which represent three experimental groups for joint exercises using reverse learning, and continued throughout the implementation of the program (10 weeks) with a total of two units per week after treatment. Statistically (SPSS), the researcher concluded that the use of reverse learning on the research sample, each of which follows its learning method according to the case of Susan, played a major role in determining which of the three best patterns in developing kinetic response speed and scoring accuracy in futsal

Global Food Price Inflation: Implications for South Asia, Policy Reactions, and Future Challenges

    Get PDF
The surge in global commodity prices of the past few years has presented a tremendous development challenge for South Asian countries. The large loss of income from the terms of trade shock has worsened macroeconomic balances, fueled rapid inflation, and hurt growth. Although commodity prices have come down recently, the benefits are being clouded by the emergence of a severe global financial crisis. The adverse consequences of the food price hike for the poor are large; the global financial crisis could further worsen the situation due to falling economic opportunities and government revenues. South Asian countries need to accelerate reforms to avoid facing a serious downturn in economic activity, investment, exports, and income. Governments in South Asia have responded by stabilizing domestic food prices through a number of short-term measures, tightened monetary policy to reduce inflation, and increased spending on a range of safety net programs for the poor. Some of the policies employed, such as export bans, are not consistent with the long-term welfare of the country or the region. Safety net interventions need to be made consistent with a longer-term poverty reduction strategy and fiscal sustainability. Most importantly, policy attention now needs to shift toward efforts to increase farm productivity, improve rural infrastructure, and lower the vulnerability of the poor.adverse consequences; adverse effect; Adverse Effects; Agricultural Productivity; Agriculture; average price; average prices; average productivity; basic needs; binding constraint; buffer stocks

    Fiscal policyfor managing Indonesia's environment

    Get PDF
The objective of this paper is to examine the role of fiscal policy in the management of Indonesia's environment. The aim is to develop a framework that will allow an examination of possible fiscal instruments and their relevance to Indonesia's context. It is important to note that fiscal policy is one possible area of policy intervention. Regulatory policies would also continue to play a major role. A comprehensive environmental management strategy will need to be based on a balanced combination of regulatory and fiscal policy instruments. Furthermore, a critical element underlying the successful implementation of this strategy will be the availability of an appropriate institutional mechanism. The paper provides an overview of Indonesia's key environmental issues followed by the framework for fiscal policy instruments. The Indonesian Government's progress on environmental management policies is examined briefly to provide background for the discussion of possible fiscal policy options. Finally, the paper provides a summary and conclusions.Water Conservation,Forestry,Water Resources Assessment,Environmental Economics&Policies,Water and Industry
