Curso de Manicura Profesional dirigido a mujeres del Asentamiento Humano Las Torres de San Borja - Moche - Trujillo - Perú

RESUMEN El presente artículo académico inició en el curso de Gestión Estratégica de la RSE, asignándose trabajar con el AA.HH. Las Torres de San Borja; es ahí donde inició el proceso de selección con respecto al tema de apoyo que se brindaría a la comunidad. Entonces, se decidió enfocarse en las mujeres que viven ahí, ya que se analizó la situación detalladamente y se pudo encontrar que es el sexo masculino quien genera la mayor parte de ingresos para su hogar. Por ende, se realizó el proyecto “Curso de Manicura Profesional dirigido a mujeres del AA.HH. Las Torres de San Borja”, para generar una idea de negocio con la cual ellas puedan emprender u obtener un empleo y apoyar económicamente a sus familias. El curso se desarrolló satisfactoriamente, ya que todas las participantes lograron certificarse y muchas de ellas continuarán sus estudios. Dentro del presente artículo se detallarán los materiales y métodos que fueron utilizados para las actividades realizadas durante el proyecto, así como los logros y fotografías por cada una de estas actividades, pudiendo llegar de esta manera a unas recomendaciones y conclusiones, las cuales puedan contribuir con los próximos proyectos a realizar dentro del AA.HH. ya antes mencionado.ABSTRACT This academic article began in the course of Strategic Management of CSR, assigning to work with the AA.HH. Las Torres de San Borja; This is where the selection process began with respect to the issue of support that would be offered to the community. Then, it was decided to focus on the women who live there, since the situation was analyzed in detail and it could be found that it is the male sex who generates the most income for their home. Therefore, the project "Professional Manicure Course aimed at women of AA.HH. Las Torres de San Borja " was made, to generate a business idea with which they can start or get a job and financially support their families. The course was successfully developed, since all the participants achieved certification and many of them will continue their studies. Within the present article will be detailed the materials and methods that were used for the activities carried out during the project, as well as the achievements and photographs for each one of these activities, being able to arrive in this way to some recommendations and conclusions, which can contribute with the next projects to be carried out within the AA.HH. already mentioned.
