Research of the Classification Model Based on Dominance Rough Set Approach for China Emergency Communication
Ensuring smooth communication and recovering damaged communication system quickly and efficiently are the key to the entire emergency response, command, control, and rescue during the whole accident. The classification of emergency communication level is the premise of emergency communication guarantee. So, we use dominance rough set approach (DRSA) to construct the classification model for the judgment of emergency communication in this paper. In this model, we propose a classification index system of emergency communication using the method of expert interview firstly and then use DRSA to complete data sample, reduct attribute, and extract the preference decision rules of the emergency communication classification. Finally, the recognition accuracy of this model is verified; the testing result proves the model proposed in this paper is valid
OCT1 regulates the migration of colorectal cancer cells by acting on LDHA
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers with high morbidity and mortality. Effective treatments to improve the prognosis are still lacking. The results of online analysis tools showed that OCT1 and LDHA were highly expressed in colorectal cancer, and the high expression of OCT1 was associated with poor prognosis. Immunofluorescence demonstrated that OCT1 and LDHA co-localized in colorectal cancer cells. In colorectal cancer cells, OCT1 and LDHA were upregulated by OCT1 overexpression, but downregulated by OCT1 knockdown. OCT1 overexpression promoted cell migration. OCT1 or LDHA knockdown inhibited the migration, and the downregulation of LDHA restored the promoting effect of OCT1 overexpression. OCT1 upregulation increased the levels of HK2, GLUT1 and LDHA proteins in colorectal cancer cells. Consequently, OCT1 promoted the migration of colorectal cancer cells by upregulating LDHA
Advanced Electrical Machines and Machine-Based Systems for Electric and Hybrid Vehicles
The paper presents a number of advanced solutions on electric machines and machine-based systems for the powertrain of electric vehicles (EVs). Two types of systems are considered, namely the drive systems designated to the EV propulsion and the power split devices utilized in the popular series-parallel hybrid electric vehicle architecture. After reviewing the main requirements for the electric drive systems, the paper illustrates advanced electric machine topologies, including a stator permanent magnet (stator-PM) motor, a hybrid-excitation motor, a flux memory motor and a redundant motor structure. Then, it illustrates advanced electric drive systems, such as the magnetic-geared in-wheel drive and the integrated starter generator (ISG). Finally, three machine-based implementations of the power split devices are expounded, built up around the dual-rotor PM machine, the dual-stator PM brushless machine and the magnetic-geared dual-rotor machine. As a conclusion, the development trends in the field of electric machines and machine-based systems for EVs are summarized
Distributed stochastic proximal algorithm with random reshuffling for non-smooth finite-sum optimization
The non-smooth finite-sum minimization is a fundamental problem in machine
learning. This paper develops a distributed stochastic proximal-gradient
algorithm with random reshuffling to solve the finite-sum minimization over
time-varying multi-agent networks. The objective function is a sum of
differentiable convex functions and non-smooth regularization. Each agent in
the network updates local variables with a constant step-size by local
information and cooperates to seek an optimal solution. We prove that local
variable estimates generated by the proposed algorithm achieve consensus and
are attracted to a neighborhood of the optimal solution in expectation with an
convergence rate, where is
the total number of iterations. Finally, some comparative simulations are
