    Employee performance is a work result that can be obtained by workers in terms of quality, quantity, working time and cooperation to achieve goals and as an important element for the organization to determine organizational success. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance through work motivation. This research was conducted at CV. Duta Niaga Bali. The number of samples is 40 employees, with a saturated sampling method. Collecting data through observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Duta Niaga Bali by mediating work motivation, so that work motivation is a mediating variable for the influence of compensation on employee performance at CV. Duta Niaga Bali. Based on the results of the Sobel test, it shows that the tabulation results Z = 3.444> 1.96, which means that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV.     Shore Amora Canggu is a company engaged in the hospitality sector. To measure the effectiveness of the use of human resources at Shore Amora Canggu, employee morale assessments have been carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and interpersonal communication on employee morale at Shore Amora Canggu. The method of analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability tests, classic assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskesdasticity test, and hypothesis testing. The number of samples used in this study were 33 respondents, namely all employees of Shore Amora Canggu. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect partially on employee morale. (2) The work environment has a partially positive and significant effect on employee morale. (3) Interpersonal communication has a partial effect on employee morale. (4) Simultaneously compensation, work environment and interpersonal communication have a significant effect on employee morale. The amount of influence of the independent variable on employee morale is 99.2%

    Penta Valent Denpasar is a distributor of pharmaceutical products and consumer products which is located at Jl. Gatot Subroto II D No. 9 Denpasar. As for the formulation of the problem and the purpose of this study, namely to determine how much influence teamwork and internal communication on employee performance at PT. Penta Valent Denpasar. The sample used in this study was 32 respondents, namely all employees of PT. Penta Valent Denpasar. The analysis technique used is regression analysis. From the research results, it is known that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of teamwork on employee performance. (2) there is a positive and significant influence of internal communication on employee performance (3) there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously teamwork and internal communication on employee performance. The percentage of the influence of teamwork and internal communication on employee performance is 68.3%. Advice that can be given to PT. Penta Valent Denpasar is the need to provide training in public speaking to all its employees. This can make it easier for employees to communicate so that they can convey their aspirations, suggestions, and criticisms well and easily understand. So, there is no miscommunication between members within the company

    Village Credit Institutions are quite capable of accelerating the economy of traditional village manners to advance and make a significant contribution to village development. But in the midst of the frenzy of the era of digitalitation revolution 4.0 characterized by automation demanding a movement for renewal in the LPD in order to be able to compete with similar institutions. The fundamental problems of LPD that are most prominent are the capacity of Human Resources in terms of management, use of information technology, especially in the preparation of financial statements. In the digitalization era, every business actor must prepare himself to enter the 4.0 industrial revolution. For this reason, business actors are expected to maximize the use of information technology, one of which is in the preparation of financial statements. However, currently there are not many microfinance institutions that use information technology to carry out the recording of their financial statements. LPD still records finance conventionally. Of course this if it is not immediately followed up will pose a risk of loss in the future. Solution to problem solving is done by conducting socialization, mentoring the preparation of financial statements. The implementation method is carried out in several stages, beginning to provide an understanding of the importance of the use of information technology, conducting training in information technology-based financial report training, lastly assisted to solve problems related to the preparation of financial statements. The hope after this activity ends is that LPD is able to carry out its business activities independently to prepare financial reports and carry out evaluations of business activities and in the long run the LPD will develop and be able to torch accelerate the economy of the local village

    The implementation of work discipline is the initial capital in the smooth completion of tasks in a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on work discipline on employees of PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta Denpasar.  The number of samples was determined as many as 35 respondents using the saturated sample method. The research method used in this study and instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline (2) the work environment had a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Work Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Discipline at PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta Denpasar. Suggestions that can be given to PT. It is hoped that the Tri Pakarta Denpasar Insurance company leadership can readjust the income or salary received by its employees according to the workload and which can reduce work discipline and it is hoped that the company leadership will try to provide a room that is protected from noise from the surrounding environment

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran kebahagiaan kerja dan komitmen karyawan memediasi pengaruh kebahagiaan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan swasta di Bali. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan menggunakan pendekatan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebahagaan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kebahagiaan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif dan kebahagian kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Selanjutnya, perilaku inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perilaku inovatif mampu memediasi parsial secara signifikan pengaruh kebahagiaan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasional mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh kebahagiaan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Oleh karena itu penting bagi pimpinan di perusahaan untuk memperhatikan mengembangkan perilaku inovatif dan komitmen organisasional sehingga kebahagiaan kerja mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya

    The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze the role of Brand Image in mediating Product Quality and Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchase Decisions at Taman Prakerti Bhuana consumers. The research population is consumers of Taman Prakerti Bhuana whose number is unknown. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 102 respondents. The research instruments used were questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature and analysis methods used were descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of the research show that product quality, eWOM and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, product quality and eWOM have a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image can positively and significantly mediate the effect of product quality and eWOM on purchase decision. The implication of the research is for Prakerti Bhuana Park to provide the best service as much as possible so that product quality and eWOM are still perceived very well by consumers so that it will have implications for increasing purchase decisions at Prakerti Bhuana Park. Researchers suggest to Prakerti Bhuana Park to be able to evaluate and innovate in efforts to increase product quality and eWOM so that it has implications for increasing consumer purchase decisions. &nbsp
