Praktik Kerja Lapangan ini dilaksanakan di Koperasi Visiana Bakti TVRI, Jalan Gerbang Pemuda, Senayan, Jakarta 10270, yang berlangsung pada tanggal 08 Januari 2018 sampai dengan 09 Februari 2018. Praktik Kerja Lapangan merupakan program yang diwajibkan bagi mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Praktik Kerja Lapangan memiliki maksud dan tujuan untuk mempersiapkan dan melatih serta mengenalkan kepada mahasiswa tentang dunia kerja. Mahasiswa memiliki kesempatan untuk menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh selama perkuliahan untuk diaplikasikan langsung dalam dunia kerja. Dengan adanya Praktik Kerja Lapangan diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan, wawasan, dan skill serta memperluas cara berfikir dari mahasiswa terhadap dunia kerja. Penulisan laporan ini ditujukan sebagai salah satu persyaratan untuk mendapatkan gelar Sarjana di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Dalam penulisan laporan ini pula dijelaskan berbagai informasi terkait kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh praktikan, dan kendala serta permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh praktikan selama praktik kerja lapangan (PKL). Laporan ini menerangkan bahwa praktikan di tempatkan pada bagian Unit Usaha Koperasi Visiana Bakti TVRI. Selama PKL, praktikan mendapatkan tugas untuk membantu karyawan dalam menjalankan usaha seperti menghitung stock barang masuk, input barang, menghitung pendapatan harian toko dan melaporkan pendapatan harian toko pada bagian keuangan. Laporan ini menerangkan pula kendala yang dihadapi oleh praktikan. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh praktikan adalah kesalahan dalam menghitung input barang. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah praktikan selalu berkomunikasi dan bertanya sebelum input barang, dan memastikan kembali setelah input barang sebelum di fixasi

    Equity is the goal of the process of economics development. Equity in economic development can be seen from decline in regional inequality. Regional inequality in Eastern Indonesia is quite high and has increased every year. Regional inequality can be calculated from williamson index. This research aims to determine the effects of GRDP and foreign directs investment on regional inequality in Eastern Indonesia period 2010- 2017. This research used pooled data from 12 Provinces in Eastern Indonesia period 2010- 2017 with fixed effects model.  The results are GRDP has negative and significant on regional inequality, and foreign directs investment has positive and significant on regional inequality

    Education is an effort to humanize humans. Through human education it is expected to be able to distinguish between good and bad things. Character education is in the spotlight today. This is because of the many phenomena in society that show the moral decline of the generation of the nation. Character is character which is the roundness of the human soul which manifests in the unity of mind movement, feeling and will or will which then produces energy to always think, feel and always use size, scales and definite and fixed basics. Through education, it is hoped that human intelligences arise not only as intellectuals but also other intelligences. In the 2013 curriculum, character education is highly preferred. This is in line with the Law on the national education system, which implies three domains of educational goals that must be achieved. The three objectives of education are the development of national character and civilization as an existential goal, the intellectual life of the nation as a collective goal, and the development of potential students as individual goals
