This research is motivated by tendency for less achievement of fine motor development activities for children aged 4-5 years due to less varied media use. This causes the child's fine motor skills to be less than optimal, especially in the form of motor skills for movement of both hands, fingers and coordination of hand speed with eye movements. The aim from this research to improve children's fine motor skills through various fine arts activities in group A aged 4-5 years. The method used is Classroom Action Research which was carried out in 3 cycles and collaborated with the class teacher. The model used is Kemmis & Mc. Taggart. Each cycle is carried out through four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were children aged 4-5 years who sat in group A with 14 students and 1 partner teacher. Data collection techniques use observation and documentation. The results of the research show that fine arts learning activities can improve children's fine motor skills in the form of increasing abilities in each cycle
