Синтез динамических систем, фазовые портреты которых имеют элементарные ячейки данных топологических структур

A method for construction of differential plane dynamical systems which phase portraits have elementary cells with a prescribed topological structure is presented. The solutions of such type inverse problems of differential equations theory may be used to obtain control over dynamical systems behavior.Представлен метод построения дифференциальных динамических систем на плоскости, фазовые портреты которых имеют ячейки с данной топологической структурой разбиения на траектории. Решения такого типа обратных задач теории дифференциальных уравнений могут быть использованы для нахождения управлений поведением динамических систем различной физической природы

Preconditions of formation of the banking system of the Republic of Belarus

The authors presented the state of the state-owned banks system at the time of the declaration of independence of the Republic of Belarus, reviewed the processes of commercialization of banks and their transition to self-government and self-financing, which laid the foundation for a modern two-tier banking system of the country.Авторами представлено состояние системы госбанков к моменту объявления независимости Республики Беларусь, рассмотрены процессы коммерциализации банков и перехода их на самоуправление и самофинансирование, заложившие основу современной двухуровневой банковской системы страны

В рамках парадигмы теории институциональных матриц представлены особенности модернизации экономики Республики Беларусь, определены базовые условия взаимодействия экономических субъектов, выполнены рекомендации, направленные на формирование и развитие комплементарных элементов для отечественной экономической модели. Выбор оптимального метода лечения больных с синдромом Мириззи

Retrospective analysis of treatment of 53 patients with Mirizzi syndrome was made. Diagnostic algorithm included transabdominal ultrasound - 53 (100%), ERCP - 39 (74%). Surgery was performed in 35 patients, in 21 (40%) cases - after endoscopic intervention. Post - ERCP complications were observed in 2 (5,1%) patients, complications after surgery - 2 (5,7%) patients. Lethality was 3 (6,7%).Проведен ретроспективный анализ лечения 53 пациентов с синдромом Мириззи. Диагностический алгоритм у 53 больных включал: УЗИ - 53 (100%) пациентам, ЭРХПГ - в 39 (74,0%) случаях. Оперированы 35 больных, из них 21 (40%) пациент после эндоскопических вмешательств. Осложнения после ЭРХПГ отмечены у 2 (5,1%) пациентов, после хирургических вмешательств осложнения выявлены в 2 (5,7%) случаях. Летальность составила 3 (6,7%)
