Photoconductivity in macroporous silicon with regular structure of macropores

    No full text
The effects of the increase of photoconductivity in periodic macroporous silicon structures depending on the size and period of cylindrical macropores are investigated. It is obtained that the ratio of macroporous silicon photoconductivity to bulk silicon photoconductivity achieves a maximum at the distance between macropores equal to two thicknesses of the Schottky layer, which corresponds to the experimental data. The increase of photoconductivity is due to both the large total surface area of macropores and the existence of Schottky layers in the near-surface region of cylindrical macropores

Syndrome and Phenomenon of Wolff — Parkinson — White in Children (Literature Review)

    No full text
The article deals with the data on the history of the discovery and study of the phenomenon and syndrome Wolff — Parkinson — White (WPW). The features of the anatomy and electrophysiology of additional ways, mechanisms of attacks of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia in WPW syndrome are considered. The role of the standard ECG, methods for topical analysis of additional atrioventricular connections and non-invasive electrophysiological studies in the diagnosis of this disease is shown

Noninvasive Electrophysiological Research — Modern Method of Diagnostics of Heart Rhythm and Cardial Conduction Disorders in Children

    No full text
In the article there are presented the data about history of development of noninvasive electrophysiological research and its application in pediatrics. Indications and contraindications to transoesophageal pacing, stimulation modes are considered. Difficulties in differential diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome and vegetative dysfunction of sinoatrial node are presented in clinical observation of 15-year-old child, the value of transoesophageal pacing in diagnosis and choice of adequate treatment regimen is accentuated

Structure of the Performance Management at the Regional Level

    No full text
In the article authors studied a problem of a practical use of scientific research on performance management on the regional level, suggested a mechanism of an institutional approach to solve the problem through the creation of a vertically integrated system with government and professional organizations in the region, which allows organizing cooperation on different management and economic levels. To justify the creation of the system, analysis of labor productivity growth in the regions of the Russian Federation had been carried out. In the system of productive factors social and economic drivers had been allocated, which can lead to dramatic improvements in productivity in the short term, without any use of considerable investment. Their implementation, however, requires well-developed institutional support. Functional and substantial structure of the regional center for competency of productivity had been developed. It is made for the scientific, methodological and organizational support of the project to improve productivity at the regional’s workplaces. The need of creation of harmonized methodology to increase productivity, qualification and methodological process support on the principles of project management had been demonstrated

Value of Noninvasive Electrophysiological Examination in Choice of Management of Children with Sinus Node Dysfunction

    No full text
In the article there are presented the data about noninvasive electrophysiological examination and its application in pediatrics. The clinical case of observation of 15-year-old child who went in for sports for a long time, with sick sinus syndrome supposed in the beginning of diagnostic search, is resulted. The difficulties of differential diagnosis of this syndrome and vegetative dysfunction of sinus node are presented. The role of transesophageal pacing in making a diagnosis and solution of a question about necessity of artificial pacemaker implantation is shown

Cardiac Causes of Chest Pain in Children

    No full text
This article presents the features of blood supply and innervation of the myocardium, causing occurrence of pain. The characteristics, duration, irradiation, conditions of onset and regression of anginal, associated with myocardial ischemia, and non-anginal pain are provided. Authors had described clinical characteristics, aspects of the differential diagnosis of heartache in children with congenital heart disease, anomalies of coronary artery junction, myocardial infarction, carditis, pericarditis, primary cardiomyopathy, heart rhythm disorders

Resonator method for studying dielectric characteristics of caustobiolithes

    No full text
For the sub-THz range, a method for studying the electrodynamic characteristics of organic materials - caustobiolithes-is developed on the basis of a resonator spectrometer. In the frequency range 110 ÷ 260 GHz, the dielectric parameters (refractive index n and tand) of peat powders after its microwave processing in the process of «soft» pyrolysis, as well as core sections of oil-containing rock, were studied. The influence of natural humidity on the dielectric parameters of the samples is considered. The reasons for the spread of measurement results, which is observed in these materials and is their specific feature, are discussed
