    Control of the nonlinear frequency shift for the spin-transfer nanooscillator using a bias magnetic field

    We investigated the possibilities of controlling the nonlinear frequency shift of the magnetization oscillations in a spin-transfer nanoscillator by varying the magnitude and direction of the bias magnetic field. We considered both isotropic ferromagnetic materials and crystals with uniaxial and cubic crystallographic anisotropies. We have shown that achieving a zero nonlinear frequency shift is possible with a certain orientation of the bias magnetic field vector. The results of the theoretical analysis based on the method of Hamiltonian formalism are in good agreement with the micromagnetic simulations. Our research reveals the way to control the frequency tuning of a spin transfer nanoscillator, which is crucial for spintronic signal generation devices.Comment: 6 pages, 3 figure

    Ethnodemography of Bashkirs in Regions of Russia (1970—2010)

    The issues of ethno-demographic and ethno-linguistic development of the Bashkir population in the regions of the Russian Federation are considered. It is noted that the tendencies of demographic processes among the Bashkirs in the regions and in the republic of the same name are very different. The features of the ethnodemographic development of the Bashkirs in the regions of their historical settlement are shown, in which general trends coincide with the demographic processes in the country as a whole. It cannot be said about the Republic of Bashkortostan, which is characterized by sharp fluctuations in the size of the titular ethnic group. The dynamics of the ethnic and linguistic identity of the Bashkir population in the regions of historical settlement is revealed in a comparative aspect with the subjects to which the Bashkirs moved at a later time and in which their number is a small proportion. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that it was the first to analyze the ethno-demographic and ethno-linguistic aspects of the development of the Bashkirs in the Russian Federation, including in the regions of their historical settlement. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the issue of the demographic development of the Bashkir population at the present stage, especially in the republic of the same name, has acquired an ethnopolitical discourse. It has been proven that, despite the policy of reviving ethnicity and the native language, the Bashkirs, like other peoples, are gradually losing it in favor of being recognized as a native Russian

    The article deals with scientific and educational cluster as a form of interaction of higher, secondary vocational education and employers; the main goals of educational clusters creation are defined; the features and advantages of cluster education in comparison with conventional forms of education are revealed. By the example of a scientific-educational cluster at Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering change significance under the conditions of a cluster approaches to development of flexible content of vocational training, curricula, and training programmes in the university is shown.     Reaction of two-fold excess of diethyl 3-methyl-1,2-butadienylphosphonate with 1,10-diaza-18- crown-6 leads to the formation of an adduct whose molecule includes two 1-phosphoryl-3-methyl-2-butene fragments bound together by a crown bridge with the anti location of organophosphorus groups relative to the macrocycle plane. The 1,2-multiple bond of the phosphonate is involved in the reaction.     Annealing of PrF3 nanoparticles by microwave irradiation

    The influence of microwave irradiation on the recovery of nanocrystalline PrF3 powders has been experimentally analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) at T = 1.5 K. It is established that the relaxation times of 141Pr and 19F nuclei rise significantly with an increase in the hydrothermal-treatment time, whereas the 141Pr NMR spectra narrow, which indicates a decrease in the number of defects in the lattices of nanosamples. © 2014 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

Modern economies demand the training of technical specialists’ new generation ready to project and engineering, production and technological, organizational and management, science and research, service and operational professional activities, as well as the fulfillment of skilled work using modern equipment for the developed technological process. One of the variants of the organization of vocational training of future competitive technical specialists is based on the integration of educational curricula of different levels (primary, secondary and high). The purpose of the paper is to develop a managerial mechanism for future competitive technical specialists’ training based on the integration of educational curricula at different levels (primary, secondary and high). The leading method is the method of action research, allowing obtain new knowledge on the managerial mechanism for vocational training of specialists, capable of a certain type of practical activities, self-organization and competitiveness on the labor market through the integration of primary, secondary and high levels of educational curricula. The article defines the essence of integrated educational curricula of primary, secondary and high levels of vocational training; it justifies the organization of control and assessment procedures of students’ vocational training through the integration of educational curricula at different levels; proposes an algorithm of students’ selection to study on integrated educational curricula. In modern conditions vocational education is regarded as a system of integrative interaction of education, science and industry, aimed at the development of a specialist ready for the life-long learning, capable to a certain type of professional activities, self-organization and competitiveness on the labor market. The aim of the paper is to develop the mechanism of branch educational clusters’ creation as the entities of vocational education’s management. The leading method is the method of action research, allowing to obtain new knowledge about vocational education’s management and to propose mechanisms for its optimization to obtain qualitatively new results of vocational training process. The article defines the essence of an industrial educational cluster as a set of vocational educational institutions, united by industrial features and partnerships with industrial enterprises; presents the mechanisms of interaction between labor market and vocational education; describes the mechanism of educational clusters’ formation on the basis of vertical integration of educational institutions; reveals the mechanism of industrial educational clusters’ formation on the basis of social partnership of the manufacture and vocational educational institutions.
