    Kampung Iklim\u27s program is the national program developed by the Ministry of Environment to encourage the active participation of the community and all the parties in implementing local action. The action to increase the resilience to climate hange and redution of green house gas emissions. Through the implementation of this program, the government rewards the communities in specific locations which are already implementing mitigation and adaption to climate change sustainably. In execute Kampung Iklim\u27s program, the environment ambassador using persuasive communication to those public by way of encouragement and the example in implementing eco-friendly lifestyle. This research aims to determine the credibility of the persuader, persuasive message and the effets produed by the environment ambassador in promoting eco friendly lifestyle.This researh using qualitative research method with descriptive approah. The subject of this research was choosing by purposive technique who consist of BLH, environment ambassador, society who are joined in climate village. Data was collected through interview, observation and documentation. Data was analyst using interative model of Miles and Huberman. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researcher used the triangulation technique.The tehnique showed that environmental ambassador have credibility as communiator that is expetness in a way socialization and have knowledge about the environment and trust worthiness that is environmental ambassador apply eco-friendly lifestyle. A persuasive message used consists of verbal message, include clarity, directness, and auray. While nonverbal message with give example eco-friendly lifestyle like bring a tumblr and use handkerchief and utilization seondhand like used beverage bottles and old paint bucket into flower pot and water media for hydroponic. The resulting efffect, first is an inrease, knowledge, comprehension and awareness on people\u27s self about environment of information provided by environmental ambassador.     Dengue fever is a disease that is endemic in society, especially when it\u27s the rainy season. The problem of dengue fever in the city of Pekanbaru, can not be prevented only by an appeal of the government alone, but to the awareness of the public of Pekanbaru will be the prevention of dengue fever. Pekanbaru City Health Department take steps to prevent dengue by means mempersuasif people to understand what actions should be taken to prevent dengue fever. This study aims to find a persuasive approach, messages and media used by the City Health Office Pekanbaru. In dengue prevention efforts for people in the city of Pekanbaru.This study uses descriptive qualitative research. Informants consisted of eight people who is the Head, Employee Health Office Pekanbaru, people who are victims in an area where there are many victims of dengue fever in the city of Pekanbaru by using purposive sampling technique. Data collected by observation, interview and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used an extension extension of participation.The results showed that the City Health Office Pekanbaru use a persuasive approach to using the media to convey the prevention of dengue fever, the nature of the persuader targeted with indirect communication to the public but is expected to be delivered the message in the prevention of dengue fever, and the approach of psychosocial form approach bulk order can be persuasive on the whole community in the city of Pekanbaru. Persuasive message Pekanbaru City Health Department is using verbal messages include clarity, candor, and the precision and nonverbal messages in the form of an implied message through state of the number of victims, the statistical increase in the number of victims and the environment around the residence.     When the Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall got crisisses that are related to the accidents successively in 2012 and the issuesregarding of employees who resigned because of inconvenience to the company, the image of Ciputra Mall remains good even thus increased. Therefore, this research was conducted with the purposes are :to understand the roles and functions of public relations of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall as one of the efforts to increase its image, to find out the activities of public relations of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall in improving the image of the company and to detect the supporting and restricting factors of public relations activities of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall as an attempt to improve the image ofthe company.The researcher used qualitative descriptive research method and collect the data by observation, interview and documentation toward objects of this research. In this case, they are public relation activities of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall in improving the image of the company. The total of sample in this research is eleven informants who were selected trough purposive sampling and accidental sampling technique. The types of data in this research in the followings: (a) primary data that is the results of interview and observation; (b) secondary data which is formed as files from the company related to this research.This researchshowed thatthe roles of public relations Ciputra Mall are becoming technicians and managers, and its functions are as a communicator, relationship, backed up management, and good image maker. The activities of public relations Ciputra Mall are the internal relations, external relations, relationship marketing, media relations, promotion and special events, publicity, sponsorship, crisisses and issues management, and community relations. The implementation of public relations activities Ciputra Mall are supported by a good management, utilizing the development of science and technology (social media), creative and innovative human resources.     A phenomenon single parent that produces new insights into a structure family.The widespread phenomenon of a single parent, the more the description of the definition of single parent itself. Single parent is a person who did duty as a parent (father or mother) alone, having lost or separated partner. The phenomenon that occurs in the field is a single parent working with a small income to meet daily needs and there are successful and unsuccessful in educating their children, as well as the difficulty of dividing their time between work and children.This study used a qualitative descriptive study. Informants consisted of five people who is the committees mother Single Parent from Desa Banglas Barat, Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti using purposive technique sampling.The aim of this study was to determine the pattern of single parent communications made in educating children and to determine the impact of the communication patterns of single parent for a childs development.Data collected by observation, interview and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used an extension of participation.The results showed that single parent applying some communication patterns in educating children is authotarian communication patterns, communication patterns permissive, and authoritative communication patterns.Authoritarian is a pattern of communication that the communication links parents are authoritarian, permissive is a pattern of communication that the communication links parents are not concerned with what happened to her son, while authoritative is the communication patterns that observe and appreciate the freedom of children with guidance attentive. Secondly, there is a positive impact and a negative impact on the communication pattern single parent for a childs development.The positive impacts include children avoid contradictory communication from parents and children to be independent and strong personality.
