ОБЗОР РЕЗУЛЬТАТОВ ЭНДОПРОТЕЗИРОВАНИЯ КОЛЕННОГО СУСТАВА СИСТЕМОЙ GENESIS II ПО ДАННЫМ АВСТРАЛИЙСКОГО РЕГИСТРА

ABSTRACT. The goal of the article was to review Genesis II Total Knee System use according to AoA NJRR report. Genesis II has been widely used in Russian Federation since 1996. The AoA NJRR report was studied in order to learn connection between number of revision procedures and surgeon’s skills or type of the System, adequate choice among cemented, cementless and hybrid fixation, number of surgeries using Genesis II Total Knee System annually, average revision rate for Genesis II and early cumulative revision rate.CONCLUSION. The systematic study of AoA NJRR allows us to make a conclusion that cemented fixation of Genesis II Total Knee System is mostly effective, and this fact is confirmed by domestic experience. РЕЗЮМЕ. Целью обзора стал анализ результатов применения системы Genesis II на основании данных Австралийского регистра. Данная система широко используется в Российской Федерации. Регистр изучался для ответа на вопросы: зависимость частоты ревизий от опыта хирурга-ортопеда, зависимость частоты ревизий от вида применяемой системы, оптимальный выбор цементной, бесцементной, гибридной фиксации, количество операций с использованием системы эндопротезирования Genesis II за год, средняя частота ревизий, средняя частота ревизий системы эндопротезирования Genesis II, ранний кумулятивный процент ревизий.ВЫВОДЫ. На основании изученной информации Австралийского регистра сделан вывод о том, что цементное эндопротезирование коленного сустава с использованием системы Genesis II является оптимальным методом выбора, что согласуется с отечественным опытом.

"Resonance" phenomena in thermal diffusion processes in two-layer structures

The dependence on chopper frequency of the effective thermal diffusivity and effective thermal conductivity in photoacoustic experiments is discussed. The theoretical model of a two-layer structure at rear-surface illumination in the high frequency limit is considered. It is shown that the effective thermal diffusivity presents ``resonance'' while the effective thermal conductivity sharply changes its magnitude and sign. Such ``resonant'' behavior strongly depends on the surface thermal conductivities associated with the interface thermal contacts.Comment: 13 pages, 3 figure

Морфоколичественный и ультраструктурный анализ кровеносных и лимфатических сосудов в периодонтальной связке первых моляров и премоляров

Morfoquantitative and ultrastructural analysis of the specific volumes of blood and lymph vessels in the periodontal first molars and premolars with different surfaces (medial, distal, buccal, and palatal) and at different levels of the roots are studied. It was noted that at physiological pressure on the molars and premolars, the specific volume of the investigated values are different. Throughout the root of the observed two zones of compression and expansion of periodontal. Depending on these areas of blood and lymphatic vessels was significantly different.Изучены морфоколичественный и ультраструктурный анализы удельных объемов кровеносных и лимфатических сосудов в периодонте первых моляров и премоляров с разных поверхностей (медиальной, дистальной, щечной и небной) и на различных уровнях корней. Отмечено, что при физиологическом давлении, оказываемом на моляры и премоляры, удельный объем исследуемых значений различен. На всем протяжении корня наблюдались две зоны: сжатия и расширения периодонта. В зависимости от этих областей количество кровеносных и лимфатических сосудов значимо отличается
