Importance of implementation disease prevention programs temporomandibular joint in elderly and senile
The aim of the study was to increase the effectiveness of prevention of dysfunctional states of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) in elderly and senile age by developing and implementing new approaches to health education as part of the creation and implementation of the program «Prevention of diseases of the temporomandibular joint in elderly and senile». To achieve the objectives were examined 86 patients from 60 to 83 years: 25 patients with symptoms of diseases TMJ found as a result of uptake with complaints of difficulty in chewing, aesthetic dissatisfaction, and 61 patients who were sent for consultation gnathology doctors another profile under the program "Prevention of diseases of the temporomandibular joint in elderly and senile.
Thermodynamic properties and electrical conductivity of strongly correlated plasma media
We study thermodynamic properties and the electrical conductivity of dense
hydrogen and deuterium using three methods: classical reactive Monte Carlo
(REMC), direct path integral Monte Carlo (PIMC) and a quantum dynamics method
in the Wigner representation of quantum mechanics. We report the calculation of
the deuterium compression quasi-isentrope in good agreement with experiments.
We also solve the Wigner-Liouville equation of dense degenerate hydrogen
calculating the initial equilibrium state by the PIMC method. The obtained
particle trajectories determine the momentum-momentum correlation functions and
the electrical conductivity and are compared with available theories and
simulations
HISTORICAL ASPECTS OF MEDICAL SPECIALTY "DENTISTRY"
Developing Dentistry is rooted in deep antiquity, from the time that all concerned by the question of getting rid of a toothache. The study of Russian and foreign literature of recent years in the databases of Scopus, Web of Sciences, PubMed about the main stages of development of dentistry. Identified stages of differentiation of dental science, shows the emergence of its independent sections. The characteristic of the main directions of research centers, their leaders and the academic schools. Thanks to the work done the way dentistry in our country in recent years has taken a great step forward. Restoring a complete picture of the formation of dentistry as a medical specialty will contribute to making the correct choice when searching for modern ways of further development
Properties of very n -rich He isotopes
Low-energy spectra of the 8, 10He nuclei were investigated in the (t, p) -type reactions at small centre-of-mass angles using ∼ 25 AMeV beams of 6He and 8He nuclei. The 0+ ground state (g.s.) of 8He and excited states, 2+ at 3.6-3.9MeV and (1+) at 5.3-5.5MeV, were populated with cross-sections of 200, 100-250, and 90-125μb/sr, respectively. To account for a near-threshold anomaly observed in the 8He spectrum the population of a 1- continuum (soft dipole excitation) was considered. The lowest-energy group of events in the 10He spectrum was observed at ∼ 3 MeV with a cross-section of ∼ 140 μb/sr. This result is consistent with the previously reported observation of 10He providing a new g.s. position for 10He at about 3MeV
The He and He spectra studied in the , reaction
18 pages, 8 figures, submitted to Phys. Lett. BThe low-lying spectra of He and He nuclei were studied in the H(He,)He and H(He,)He transfer reactions. The ground state (g.s.) of He and excited states, at MeV and at MeV, were populated with cross sections of 200, 100-250, and 90-125 b/sr, respectively. Some evidence for He state at about 7.5 MeV is obtained. We discuss a possible nature of the near-threshold anomaly above 2.14 MeV in He and relate it to the population of a continuum (soft dipole excitation) with peak value at about 3 MeV. The lowest energy group of events in the He spectrum was observed at MeV with a cross section of b/sr. We argue that this result is possibly consistent with the previously reported observation of He, in that case providing a new g.s. position for He at about 3 MeV
