The effect of fluorine-containing inhibitors of corrosion of copper in atmospheric conditions

The effect of fluorine-containing inhibitors of corrosion of copper in atmospheric conditions was studied by method of removing anodic polarization curves and corrosion of full-scale tests. The introduction of the inhibiting compositions as corrosion inhibitor of copper polyfluorinated amines leads to a decrease of the peak current of active dissolution of copper, which increases the corrosion resistance of copper wire rod during transportation in various climate conditions

Application of the Hurd-Mori reaction for the synthesis of chiral 1,2,3-thia(seleno)diazole derivatives from (+)-3-carene and α-pinene

Retrospective Analysis of the Conceptual Model of Economic Management in Sub-regional Structures

Modern Russian model of building a system of economic management sub-localities based on the provisions of the Federal Law â„–131-FZ of 06.10.2003 “On general principles of local self-government in the Russian Federation”. Terms and conditions of formation of the system of local government in Russia since the beginning of the reform of its political system and establishment of a model of mutual relations of the state and local levels of government are associated with a rigid opposition rival power elite. On the basis of generalization of foreign practice of granting local governments a certain jurisdiction may be concluded that most of the issues at the local level, if we abstract from their purely legal understanding, are public in nature. Based on the research practice of interaction of bodies of state power and local self-government bodies authors consider it possible to state that the municipal authority has a number of features inherent in the government: a distinct institutionalized character; Time continuity, flexibility, universality; on the basis of laws and other regulations; implementation in a particular area in relation to all individuals within its entities; the possibility of using funds of legitimate violence; the establishment and collection of taxes; independent budgeting. Activity Coefficients at Infinite Dilution for Organic Compounds Dissolved in 1-Alkyl-1-methylpyrrolidinium Bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide Ionic Liquids Having Six-, Eight-, and Ten-Carbon Alkyl Chains

International audienceActivity coefficients at infinite dilution (gamma(proportional to)(1,2)) for 40 diverse probe solutes, including various (cyclo)alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, thiophene, ethers, nitroalkanes, and ketones, were measured by inverse gas chromatography at temperatures from 323 to 343 K in three homologous 1-alkyl-1-methylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide ionic liquids (ILs), bearing hexyl, octyl, and decyl side chains. The retention data were further converted to gas-to-IL and water-to-IL partition coefficients using the corresponding gas-to-water partition coefficients. Both sets of partition coefficients were analyzed using the modified Abraham solvation parameter model, with the derived equations tightly correlating the experimental gas-to-IL and water-to-IL partition coefficient data to within average standard deviations of 0.088 and 0.111 log units, respectively

Alternatives of the development of agriculture of the region and directions of the agrarian policy improvement

The dynamics of agricultural production and the index of agricultural production in Russia, in the Southern Federal District and the Republic of Adygeya are considered. As a result, the main problems of agriculture are identified and strategic directions for ensuring sustainable growth of the industry are outlined. Measures to improve agricultural policy to increase the profitability of agricultural production are proposed: consolidation of subsidies, a new system of lending, improving budgeting and concessional lending to agriculture

Digital transformation of the agriculture industry of the Russian Federation

At present, in the state agricultural sector, as well as in other economic sectors, there are serious «digital» transformations. Identification of their trends, nature and degree of influence on agriculture, in general, is an important urgent task.The purpose of the article is to assess the factors that affect this process and propose measures that contribute to solving the problems of digitalization of the domestic agro-industrial sector by assessing the current level of digitalization of domestic agriculture and its industrial features. At the same time, modern methods of scientific knowledge have been used, such as analysis, synthesis, induction, abstraction.The article considers the trends in creation and implementation of innovations in the agricultural sector, as well as the demand for new technologies by economic entities of the agricultural sector.Evaluation of the current level of digitalization of domestic agriculture has made it possible to identify factors that affect this process. In the end, measures are proposed the implementation of which will contribute to solving the problems of digitalization of agriculture as the most important industry in the country: development of an industry-wide platform (project) for digitalization of the agro-industrial complex and improvement of the regulatory framework for the development of digital technologies; development of information infrastructure in rural areas and provision of special subsidies for connecting to this infrastructure to small and medium agricultural organizations, as well as farmers; development of national and regional services for industry management, market forecasting and rural development

Potassium Trifluorotris(pentafluoroethyl)phosphate

A transparent white crystalline product, K[(C2F5)3PF3] (KFAP), has been synthesized via a one-pot route. Difluorotris(pentafluoroethyl)phosphorane was reacted first with aqueous HF then with K2CO3 or KHCO3 in a solution. Isolation of the intermediate, tris(pentafluoroethyl)trifluorophosphoric acid H[(C2F5)3PF3] (HFAP), was not carried out. The salt has been characterised by powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The single-crystal structure shows a monoperiodic coordination polymer involving K∙∙∙F bridging interactions to be present. The thermal characteristics and behaviour of KFAP have been established by simultaneous TGA-DSC measurements
