Fungsi Bernilai Vektor
The definition of function f is a role that relates between x of one items and single value f(x) of others items. It can be a real scalar and vector. Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Ujian Akhir Sekolah Berstandar Nasional (Uasbn)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) persiapan penyelenggara UASBN; (2) tingkat pencapaian sosialisasi; (3) pelaksanaan pelatihan dan penyusunan soal UASBN; (4) penggandaan dan pengamanan naskah soal ujian; (5) pendistribusian soal UASBN; dan (6) sistem pengawasan UASBN. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi di lima provinsi yaitu: Jawa Tengah, Bengkulu, Kalimantan Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, dan Nusa Tenggara Timur. Tiap provinsi dipilih tiga SD masing-masing satu sekolah kategori baik, cukup, dan kurang serta satu MI kategori menengah. Secara nasional berjumlah 20 sekolah, terdiri dari 15 SD dan 5 MI yang dijadikan sampel. Pengambilan data lapangan dilakukan selama 4 hari, salah satunya adalah hari terakhir UASBN, yaitu pada tanggal 15 Mei 2008. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) persiapan penyelenggara UASBN sudah berjalan dengan sangat matang; (2) tingkat pencapaian sosialisasi sudah 100%; (3) pelaksanaan pelatihan dan penyusunan soal UASBN sudah dilaksanakan di seluruh Kabupaten/Kota; (4) Penggandaan dan pengamanan naskah soal ujian sudah sesuai dengan SOP; (5) pendistribusian soal UASBN sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga tidak ada daerah yang mengalami keterlambatan; dan (6) sistem pengawasan UASBN sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan satu ruang belajar di awasi oleh dua orang guru

Analisis Studi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Guru SMK dalam Rangka Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan
The objective of this study was to describe a model of a professional teacher management system in the era of regional autonomy to improve the quality of education in Indonesia generally, in the levels of central government, provinces, and districts in accordance with the respective roles and responsibilities. This study is categorised into a policy study. This study involved 510 teachers, 293 headmasters or vice headmasters, and 32 heads of the education departments in the level of provinces or districts. This study was conducted using survey method. This study revealed (1) the problems related to the recruitment of teachers were resulted from three reasons namely: the incompatibility of teachers qualifications with the qualifications of applicants, the formation do not meet the needs and the teachers\u27 mutation process are not based on the teacher qualifications, (2) most of the teachers are not able to conduct scientific activities, specifically to write scientific papers, (3) the career path system cannot cover the expectations, (4) the forum of professional competence development is highly influential in the teachers\u27 professional development, (5) the teachers competence assessment are dominated by the headmasters and (6) the supervision who had been conducted is already qualified. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeksripsikan model sistem pengelolaan guru profesional di era otonomi daerah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia secara umum, di tingkat pusat, propinsi, maupun kabupaten atau kota sesuai dengan peran dan wewenang masingmasing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kebijakan. Studi ini dilakukan terhadap sampel sebanyak 510 orang guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, 293 orang kepala sekolah atau wakil kepala sekolah, dan 32 orang kepala dinas pendidikan Propinsi, Kabupaten atau Kota. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode survei. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan guru Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan bersumber pada tiga hal yaitu ketidaksesuaian kualifikasi guru dengan kualifikasi pelamar, formasi tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dan mutasi guru SMK yang tidak didasarkan pada kualifikasi guru, (2) belum seluruh guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dapat melakukan kegiatan ilmiah terutama menulis karya ilmiah, (3) sistem jenjang karir yang selama ini berjalan kurang memenuhi harapan, (4) forum peningkatan kompetensi professional sangat tinggi pengaruhnya pada pengembangan profesi guru, (5) praktik penilaian kompetensi guru selama ini didominasi oleh kepala sekolah, dan (6) supervisor yang selama ini berlangsung sudah memenuhi syarat

At the level of national and International, the development of air transportation business at present shows encouraging prospective. It is characterized by the increasing number of scheduled airlines and the increasing frequency of flights at airports in Indonesia. In line with the natural conditions of Indonesia in which consist of thousands of islands, the air transportation has become the primary choice compared with other modes of transportation (sea and land) as the air transportotation has the advantages in term of a faster time and the convenience for the users who obtained the services. Airport as an element in the operation of aviation has a very important and strategic so that its implementation is controlled by the State and the sustainibilty is done by the government with a view to realize the safe, secure, smooth, orderly, comfortable, efficient, and equitable aviation organization, to support the growth and stability as the driving and supporting factors the national development. The formulation of the problem in this the research is to figure out whether there is a relationship between job training with work productivity of employees in the Raden Inten II Airport, and whether there is job training effects on the productivity of employees working in Bandar Lampung II Air Raden Inten Airport. After researchers conducted a study of a predetermined object , researchers can discuss and conclude that there is a positive relationship between job training with employee productivity in Airport Raden Inten II Lampung as it is seen from the results of 0.464 count r> r tables of both the tarafikan 5% 0.281 and the level of closeness relations is middle. Qualitatively, the implementation of job training and productive employees in Lampung Raden Inten II Airport falls in the very good category, the productivity of employees who followed the training at a moderate level with the average value of 3.16 of a scale of 5. This productivity is demonstrated by the speed of task completion, low level  errors, work neatness, better quantity results, improved discipline, cooperation. The influence of training on work productivity employees of Lampung Raden Inten II Airport is 21.53%. The remaining of 78.47% influenced by other factors.Dan institutional advice Airport Radin Inten II in order to create job training programs are scheduled with a good and sustainable, the material given in the training should be based on participant needs and adapted to the burden of duties and responsibilities.The institutional advice given to Radin Inten II Airport is to make the scheduled and continously job training programs. Arah Kebijakan Pemanfaatan dan Penyaluran Dana Pendidikan pada Era Otonomi Daerah
The purposes of this article are to reveal (1) the policy direction for the allocation and utilization of the education funding, and (2) the distribution model of the education budget from the goverenment to the schools in this local autonomy era. This research is based on literature study. The analysis results showed that (1) the policy direction for the allocation and utilization of education funding still need to be improved in case of its quantity to fulfill the mandate of Law No.20 Year 2003, i.e. 20% from State Budget (APBN) and Local Budget (APBD) excluding salaries and specific-administrative school, (2) Generally, the distribution model of education funding from the central government in the forms of block grant, deconcentration (including BOS/BKM) and from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Provincial Budgets and Local Budget were still feasible for the distribution of education funds to schools with several improvements, especially for the empowerment of the Provincial Education Department and the Education Department of City/ district to participate as an advisor and controller of the implementation of school programs
