Competitiveness of Leading Commodities to Support Developing Region of Agrotourism

The aim of the research is to seek the competitiveness of the leading commodity in Semarang city which supports the development of centre commodity in agrotourism area. The method of analysis is leading sector, scoring analysis and capacity asessment through FGD. The result of the research reveals that leading commodities are Durian, Longan, Water Apple, and Rambutan. It is found that subdistrict Gunungpati and Mangunsari are ready to be the centre of horticulture commodity because its strategic location. It is located nearby Jatibarang reservoir (potential to be a tourism village), its cultivation is relatively successful, accessable transportation, and good management. Hence, it can be the pilot project area

Implementasi Program Full Day School dalam Meningkatkan Akhlak Peserta Didik

Full day school is a learning process program conducted a full day. Where student activities regarding the learning process are carried out more at school rather than at home, to avoid and minimize negative student activities after school. This study used field research which was classified into qualitative descriptive. The method of data collection used the interview, observation, and documentation. The method of data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. After researchers conducted research at Pacet 1 Public Senior High School, the findings of researchers 1) Implementation of full day school programs in schools. The learning process starts at 6:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., taking breaks for two times. (b) the implementation of learning is carried out all day long for the interior and adding material, (c) the teaching staff and the placement of students in the morning class are differentiated in the afternoon class, (d) the implementation of learning in class is mostly carried out outside the classroom so that students do not get bored. 2) While the Implementation of the Full Day School Program in Improving the Morals of Students in Pacet 1 Public Senior High School, namely: (a) the addition and strengthening of religion wherein the material is directly related to morals, (b) the existence of superior programs such as: designed education Based on tawhid, education that is not limited to theory and which is easily applied by students in everyday life. Tax Avoidance terhadap Perspektif Komisaris Independen,Kompensasi Rugi Fiskal dan Pertumbuahn Aset

Tax avoidance is a tax avoidance practice carried out by taxpayers, especially corporate taxpayers to reduce or even eliminate the tax burden by taking advantage of loopholes. In tax policies and regulations. This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of independent commissioners, asset growth and fiscal loss compensation on tax avoidance. The population used in this study are mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for a five-year period, 2016-2020. With a final sample of 60. The method used in this research is using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 12 program. The results of this study partially explain that independent commissioners have a significant negative effect on tax avoidance, asset growth has no significant effect on tax avoidance. And fiscal loss compensation has no significant effect on tax avoidance
