    Исследование методом сетевой фармакологии и молекулярного докинга для выявления потенциальной противораковой активности морских цитотоксинов — осциллатоксинов D, E, и F

    Oscillatoxins (OTXs) are cytotoxins produced by some marine cyanobacteria. Their unique structures show a great potency as an anticancer agent. The limited availability of OTX derivatives in nature provides little information about their biological activity. Some of OTX activities have been tested in the in vitro or in vivo studies toward cancer cell lines, but their exact mechanism of action on the target is unclear. In this study, we used the network pharmacology analysis method to predict the target and mechanism of action of oscillatoxin D (OTX-D), 30 methyl oscillatoxin D (30-methyl-OTX-D), oscillatoxin E (OTX-E), and oscillatoxin F (OTX-F). There are 20 possible targets of the four compounds toward cancer, and the main targets of them are PIK3CA, CDK1, and MTOR. This was also followed by the molecular docking study to understand the interaction between the four compounds and their targets. Molecular docking showed that the four compounds interacted well with the key targets. In this study, four derivatives of OTXs and their three key targets for the anticancer action were revealed suggesting multiple signaling pathways, including PD-L1 expression and PD‑1 checkpoint pathway in cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, and pathways in cancer, establishing a theoretical framework for the further experimental study.Осциллатоксины (OTXs) —  это цитотоксины, продуцируемые некоторыми морскими цианобактериями. Их уникальные структуры показывают высокую эффективность в качестве противораковых средств. Ограниченная доступность производных OTXs в природе дает мало информации об их биологической активности. Было тестировано несколько активностей OTXs в исследованиях in vitro или in vivo в отношении линий раковых клеток, но их точный механизм действия на мишень не ясен. В данном исследовании мы использовали метод сетевой фармакологии для прогнозирования мишеней и механизмов действия осциллатоксина D (OTX-D), 30 метил-осциллатоксина D (30-метил-OTX-D), осциллатоксина E (OTX-E), и осциллатоксина F (OTX-F). Существуют 20 возможных мишеней четырех соединений против рака и их основными мишенями являются PIK3CA, CDK1 и MTOR. Затем было проведено исследование методом молекулярного докинга для понимания взаимодействия между 4 соединениями и их мишенями. Молекулярный докинг показал, что 4 соединения хорошо взаимодействовали с ключевыми мишенями. В данной работе было выявлено 4 производных OTXs и 3 ключевых мишени для противоракового действия, указывая на множественные сигнальные пути, включая путь экспрессии PD-L1 и контрольной точки PD-1 при раке, протеогликаны при раке и пути при раке, устанавливая теоретические рамки для дальнейшего экспериментального исследования

    Physical-Mechanical Properties and Bonding Mechanism of Corn Stalks Particleboard with Citric Acid Adhesive

    As a natural fiber and agricultural by-product, corn stalks (Zea mays saccharata) is considered as an alternative raw material to produce particleboard. Corn stalks is a good source of lignocelluloses, renewable and low cost. This research was aimed to investigate the characteristics of corn stalk particleboard with citric acid as adhesive. This study also evaluated bonding mechanism particle with citric acid and the bonds between celluloses derived corn stalk with citric acid. The boards were manufactured under the hot pressing temperature 200 oC for 10 min. The citric acid concentration was varied in 0, 15, 20 and 25 wt%. The board size and target density were (25 x 25 x 0.9) mm3 and 0.8 g.cm‑3. Results showed that the physical properties of particleboards improved with increasing citric acid concentration up to 20 wt%. At the optimum citric acid content of 20 wt% could provide particleboards with the modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity and internal bonding satisfied the requirement of the 13 type of the JIS A 5908 (2003) standard. Infrared (IR) spectral analysis from board which manufactured from isolated cellulose was mixed citric acid and pressed on temperature 200 oC showed the presence of ester linkages that the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of citric acid had reacted with the hydroxyl groups of corn stalk cellulose

    Pendampingan Belajar dari Rumah (Bdr) Warga Dukuh Gempol sebagai Upaya Revitalisasi Pendidikan pada Masa Pandemi

    Pendidikan merupakan hal terpenting untuk mencapai tujuan nasional bangsa Indonesia yaitu mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Pada Masa pandemi mengharuskan pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara daring atau Belajar dari Rumah (BDR). Terdapat beberapa permasalahan BDR sehingga perlu dilakukan pendampingan untuk mengatasinya. Pendampingan BDR dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu: (1) Membimbing dan menjelaskan kepada siswa mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh gurunya, (2) Menyapaikan materi kepada siswa secara ceramah, (3) Melaksanakan tanya jawab materi yang telah dipelajari. Pendampingan BDR memberikan hasil yang baik yaitu siswa memiliki minta dan antusias yang tinggi dalam pelaksanakan pendampingan belajar dan orang tua siswa juga merasa senang dan terbantu dengan adanya program pendampingan belajar karena dapat meringankan beban orangtau dalam mendam-pingi anaknya saat pembelajaran daring atau BDR

    Village-owned Enterprises (Bumdes) as A Collaborative Model Environmental Management

    Some peatland management cases, particularly in Kalimantan, cause serious environmental problems, especially in flammable land. Local people around the area are the first to receive the impacts. Therefore, peatland management needs to be prudent and requires sustainable environmental management. This study aims to find a model for peatland management carried out by the government and local communities through BUMDes program. According to the interview results and field observations, peatland management with a collaborative model between the government (state) and the local community in Rasau Jaya Village is found in the form of Maju Jaya Village-owned Enterprises (BUMDes). This research includes planning, utilization, management, and supervision of the peatland area. The government provides funds and legality, while the local communities carry out peatland utilization, management, and maintenance through mutual cooperation culture. In this study, peatland functions as a tourist attraction managed by the local community (ecotourism). Real implementation government collaboration with the local community has opened up new livelihoods for communities without undermining peatlands' ecological ecosystem
