Prospek Dan Strategi Pengembangan Perkebunan Kakao Berkelanjutan Di Sumatera Barat
SProspect and Development Strategy of Sustainable Cocoa Plantation in West SumateraIn recent years, Indonesian cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) plantation faces serious problems related to pests and diseases. Cocoa production in some central cocoa plantations decreased sharply. Therefore, Indonesian government is attempting to eliminate impact of reduction of plant production by enhancing cocoa production in some new potential planting areas such as West Sumatera through revitalization program. However, this program does not run smoothly due to various constraints i.e. limited availability of planting materials, limited staff and supervisors as well as support from the bank. In order to overcome these problems, prospect and strategy studies to develop cocoa plantations in West Sumatera using prospective analysis offer some prospective alternative solutions. The study shows that cocoa plantation is quite important for the regional economy of West Sumatera and prospective to be developed for the future economic. The strategic factors influencing the development and sustainability of cocoa plantations in West Sumatera are the availability of technology, supervisors, trainers, policy support, availability of cocoa plantation, productivity, skill of farmers and institutional of farmer net work. These eight factors are generally positioned in moderate condition and lead to optimistic condition since launching revitalization of cocoa plantation development in West Sumatera. Quantity and quality of funding and supervisors is needed. Prospects and development strategies of cocoa will be useful to assess the efficiency of agribusiness activities in terms of increasing of cocoa production and sustainability of the environment resulting sustainable cocoa development. Cocoa plantations in West Sumatera have important roles and absorbed 60,000 workers/farmers with the average income of about USD 1.198/year. To ensure the sustainable development of cocoa plantations support and consistency of government policy as well as bank's commitment are needed, especially to support revitalization plantation program
A complete checklist with new records and geographical distribution of the rove beetles (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae) of Brazil
This paper presents the first comprehensive list of 2,688 species of Staphylinidae (Coleoptera) recorded from Brazil. The list is based on the taxonomic and ecological literature, and new records from some insect collections, and includes locality references for each species. In addition, Brazilian localities and the country-level distribution outside of Brazil are provided for each species. Brazilian localities are organized by state, and include the bibliographic reference and page number where each locality was reported. All localities are geo-referenced, organized by state, and listed in an Appendix.Este trabalho apresenta a primeira lista completa das 2.688 espĂ©cies de Staphylinidae (Coleoptera) registradas para o Brasil. A lista inclui todas as localidades citadas para cada espĂ©cie e baseia-se na literatura taxonĂŽmica e ecolĂłgica disponĂveis. Hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Dengan Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan Di Puskesmas Lembasada Kabupaten Donggala
Kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang mendorong manusia untuk senantiasa menjaga kesehatannya. Organisasi penyedia layanan kesehatan seperti Puskesmas merupakan wujud penyediaan sumber daya di bidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan dengan Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di Puskesmas Lembasada Kabupaten Donggala. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel rawat jalan sebanyak 95 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi square, pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (Ï < 0,05). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan kualitas pelayanan akses (keterjangkauan) dengan kepuasan pasien (Ï = 0,057), ada hubungan kualitas pelayanan kompetensi teknis dengan kepuasan pasien (Ï = 0,005), ada hubungan kualitas pelayanan ketepatan waktu dengan kepuasan pasien (Ï = 0,004), ada hubungan kualitas pelayanan hubungan antar manusia dengan kepuasan pasien (Ï = 0,002). Disarankan pada pihak manajemen Puskesmas untuk selalu memantau dan menganalisis setiap keluhan dan harapan pasien yang berkaitan dengan mutu layanan kesehatan di Puskesmas tersebut
Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru
: Organizational climate and job satisfaction is one of the factors that affect the performance of the teacher. The level of teacher performance related to organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers in performing their duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on teacher performance, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance and to determine the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers. The method used in this study are correlational survey, while data collection used questionnaires to variable organizational climate, job satisfaction and performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Lhokseumawe. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling of 51 respondents. The results of this study it can be concluded that the organizational climate is directly significant effect on the level of teacher performance. The amount of direct influence of organizational climate on teacher performance is (0.7401> 0.2759) = 55%. Job satisfaction is directly significant effect on the level of teacher performance. The amount of job satisfaction directly influences the performance of teachers is (0.7192> 2.759) = 51.73%. Organizational climate and job satisfaction jointly direct and significant impact on the level of teacher performance. The magnitude of the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction together with the teacher's performance in school is (0.7994> 0.2759) = 63.9% theoretical The model developed in this study turned out to have been tested empirically on a junior secondary school in Lhokseumawe at significant level, meaning an empirical model of organizational climate and job satisfaction can be received as a model teacher performance
