    Fully signalized roundabout must meet design criteria which are very different compared to the recommended design for unsignalized roundabout. When traffic flow increases, there is greater probability that traffic queue to occure, that will decrease the operation level of the roundabout and reduce the intersection capacity. In the case of the Digulis Signalized Roundabout, in Pontianak City, the high traffic volume causes problems, at the roundabout and particularly at the signalized intersection. At the roundabout, in C-D weaving direction, the degree of saturation reaches 0,933, while at signalized intersection, at leg A, major traffic direction, Ahmad Yani street, the degree saturation reaches 0,841, which causes long queues, with the length of 148 meters for leg A and 128 meters for leg B. The delay occured is 13.73 pcu.sec 10,64 pcu.sec, at directions A and B, respectively

    Growth and development of the city have an impact on the problem of traffic systems. The impact associated with the influence of road capacity and traffic volume, which can cause traffic congestion problem. From 3 districts who studied the East Pontianak, Pontianak South, Southeast Pontianak there are 9 point jam, and 2 of them experienced severe congestion that is the intersection of Jalan Sultan Hamid II - Jalan Imam snag - Way Hero - Road Tanjungpura and U-Turn at the next gas station OSO segment Ahmad Yani street. The purpose of this paper is to identify the point - the point of congestion and causes congestion in the districts East Pontianak, Pontianak South, and Southeast Pontianak so may submit management plans and programs of action plans that can be done to address the problem of traffic congestion in the district of East Pontianak, South Pontianak, Pontianak and Southeast for now. In this study, the data obtained by several agencies that BPS and POLRESTA city of Pontianak. The survey has been carried out, namely traffic volume survey conducted on Sunday (17 November 2013), on Monday (18 November 2013), in the morning at 6:00 a.m. to 9:00, lunch at 11:00 to 14:00, afternoon at 4:00 p.m. to 18:00 pm. The geometric survey conducted on Sunday (24 November 2013) .From these survey results taken 2 points were considered to be the most severe congestion that will be calculated and analyzed so that it will acquire the capacity and degree of saturation. The degree of saturation can be used as an indicator of the level of performance of an intersection and road segment. Where the degree of saturation can directly determine the performance of a road. Based on Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual for urban roads in 1997, requires the degree of saturation does not exceed 0.85. Based on the results obtained in 2013 the degree of saturation at Jalan Sultan Hamid II is 0.87, Jalan Imam Bonjol of 0.95, 0.70 at Jalan Pahlawan, Jalan Tanjungpura of 0.89 and a U-Turn at the next gas station OSO road Ahmad Yani direction Roundabout to Untan ie 0:56, 0:57 direction to the PCC that although the degree of saturation of <0.85 but the area can be said to be congested due to the long queue of vehicles that will pass through the U-Turn, disrupt traffic flow on the road Ahmad Yani. This indicates that in 2013 the 2 point of congestion experienced traffic problems.     Exhaust Emission vehicle is one of the causes of air pollution in an area that is the impact of the use of vehicles as a means of transportation, be it land, sea or air. Any motor vehicle that uses the engine and oil as the driving source is the cause of the air pollution that comes from combustion imperfect issued in the form of exhaust emissions kendaraan.Memberikan description of the relationship of traffic on the roads in a region, the problems it causes, namely air pollution such as vehicle exhaust emissions in comparison to other areas in the city of Pontianak. Examines several types of air pollution caused by vehicle exhaust emissions which occurred on Jalan Sultan Abdurahman Pontianak. In this study used the method of observation, by analyzing the high percentage of the amount of emissions that occur in Jalan Sultan Abudrahman and analysis of vehicle exhaust emissions as sources and types of air pollutants, according existing emission standard and set. In this study during peak hours occur significant air pollution is at 32.88 NO2, SO2 amounted to 37.65, O3 for 1931 and Dust of 632. The density of vehicles influence of air pollution on roads Sultan Abdurahman, while the degree of saturation at peak hours of 0.46 at 12:15 to 13:15. The more dense then the vehicle will be high air pollution ditimbulkan.Tingkat exhaust emissions on the road during hours of peak Sultan Abdurahman is enormous NO2 mg / m³ of 32.88 g / m³, SO2 amounted to 37.65 g / m³, O3 at 1931 mg / m³ and Dust by 632 mg / m³

    The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of oil consumption on economic growth of Aceh in the long-run and short-run by using Error Correction Model (ECM) model during the period before the world commodity prices fall of 1985–2008. Four types of oil consumption will be focused on Avtur, Gasoline, Kerosene and Diesel. The data is collected from Central Bureau of Statistics of Aceh (BPS Aceh). The result of this study shows a merely positive effect of oil consumption type diesel to economic growth in Aceh both in the short run and the long run

    Wildlife is one of the natural resources that have an important role in human life both in terms of ecology, recreation, economy, tourism,education and science. Extinction of birds in nature means the loss of natural resources by human presence is very valuable because it is where the bird needs to be preserved. The purpose of this study was to determine the diurnal bird species diversity in the area of Mount Ambawang fores Protected in sungai deras village of Kubu Raya district of West Kalimantan. Based on observations indicate that the path of the three habitats in the number of birds diurnal observations obtained at the study site 31 species . 17 habitats types encountered In Primary Forests with 740 individuals. In the 15 species encountered in secondary forest region with 568 individuals and 13 species encountered habitats About Rice fields with 735 individuals. The result of the calculation is known that the greatest dominance for the morning and afternoon there at about rice field early morning with a value of C = 0.1491 C = 0.1404 afternoon and evening there is a dominance index in secondary forest with a value of C = 0.1490 afternoon . The highest species diversity for each time of observation found in primary forest with morning values h = 1.1578 , p = 1.1777 and h during the afternoon = 1.2859. Similarity of the highest found in the forest area of the district Forest Primary Secondary with value = 43.75 % IS morning , noon IS and IS = 56.25 % = 62.50 % afternoon.     Proboscis(Nasalis larvatus, Wurmb) including types that are rare andonly found in certain islands, especially on the island of Borneo and is a species endemic to the island. Leboyan Riverand Batang Ketam in one area of the National Park Lake Sentarum as a habitat of proboscis. This study aims to determine the number of individuals and groups of proboscis monkeys (Nasalis larvatus, Wurmb) Leboyan River and Batang Ketam in the National Park area of Lake Sentarum Kapuas Hulu District after the occurrence of forest fires in the region. The results of the data analysis of individual density proboscis at the 95% confidence interval is between 0,259 to 2,641 fish/ha, for a 99% confidence interval is between 0,313 to 3,213 fish/ha. The density of the groups with 95% confidence interval lies between 0.079 to 0.319 groups/ha and 99% confidence interval density lies between 0,021 proboscis groups to 0.377 groups/ha. The number of individuals in the study area throughout the proboscis monkey Leboyan River and Batang Ketam in the area Sentarum Lake National Park, at the 95% confidence interval is between 4 to 36 proboscis monkeys, for a 99% confidence lies between 5 and 43 proboscis monkeys. The number of groups of proboscis monkey with a 95% confidence interval is between 2 to 5 of proboscis monkeys and the 99% confidence interval is between 1 to 6 of proboscis monkeys.     Tayan Downstream is one of the District that is located in Regency Sanggau, West Borneo. In the Tayan Downstream there are several Lakes that each has its own potential, one of which is Lake Bekat. In the Tayan Downstream there are several Lake sthate ach has its own potential,one of which is Lake Bekat. In Lake Bekat there are many types of fishe specially the most prominent is Toman (Orheichepalus micropeltes), Kerandang (Ophiocephalus pleurophthamus) and Biawan (Hellostomata temincki). With the vastexpanse of nature through out the area + 2136.52 Ha and the beautiful scenery around the Lake,Because in the absence of Tayan Downstream nature associated with water attractions (Lake) there should be an assessment of the potential for tourist attraction on Lake Bekat. This study aims to identify andassess the potential attractiveness Lake Bekat to be developed as a tourist attractionand from this study are expected to provide information about the potential value for development Lake Bekat attractions. Thi sresearch uses descriptive methods and techniques of data collection in the field using the method of observation.From theresults of the study obtaineda value of135.98.This value is multiplied by the weighting criteria appeal to the area that is 6so135.98 x 6=815.9 or C. From the research, the need for cooperation with relevant institutions in order to in crease the potential values​​in Lake Bekat and the need for status determination so as not to conflicttareas in the future.
