Propuesta para contribuir al empoderamiento de las mujeres gestantes y lactantes pertenecientes al programa de atención a la primera infancia del Centro de Desarrollo Infantil en Medio Familiar de la Fundación Crecer

Formular una propuesta desde la Gerencia social que fortalezca el empoderamiento de las mujeres que participan del programa de atención a la primera infancia del Centro de Desarrollo Infantil en Medio Familiar de la Fundación Crecer.El presente trabajo propone un diseño de propuesta que permita fortalecer el empoderamiento de mujeres que cumplen con el rol de madres gestantes y lactantes que son usuarias del programa Centro de Desarrollo Infantil en Medio Familiar e identificar los diferentes factores que aportan para el desarrollo de estas capacidades. El estudio se enfocó en tres variables primordiales que posibilitaron el alcance de los objetivos: Empoderamientos femeninos, la participación de mujeres en programas y Conceptos sociales y legales del rol materno.This is a proposal to empower pregnant and lactating women who are users of the Child Development Center in Family Environment program and identify the different factors that contribute to the development of these capabilities. In order to achieve this, various sources such as books and scientific articles were consulted. The study focused on three primary variables that made it possible to reach the objectives: female empowerment, the participation of women in programs and social and legal concepts of the maternal role. The information was collected through a survey applied to 26 women belonging to the program. An analysis of the information collected was carried out in order to design a strategy that is then applied to a group of women who meet the characteristics mentioned in the Crecer Foundation, which operates social projects. According to the results obtained, it was observed that women associate empowerment with being autonomous through access to job opportunities; it was thus considered relevant to apply the Network and Alliances instrument of the Social Management. Consequently, the Sena, UNIMINUTO and Bavaria proposals were selected given their relevance at a social level
