Newton-type Methods with the Proximal Gradient Step for Sparse Estimation
In this paper, we propose new methods to efficiently solve convex
optimization problems encountered in sparse estimation, which include a new
quasi-Newton method that avoids computing the Hessian matrix and improves
efficiency, and we prove its fast convergence. We also prove the local
convergence of the Newton method under weaker assumptions. Our proposed methods
offer a more efficient and effective approach, particularly for L1
regularization and group regularization problems, as they involve variable
selection with each update. Through numerical experiments, we demonstrate the
efficiency of our methods in solving problems encountered in sparse estimation.
Our contributions include theoretical guarantees and practical applications for

Measurements of time dependent CP asymmetry in decays with BELLE
A study of CP violation in decays by time
dependent angular analysis is discussed. Status of time independent analyses
for other decays is also reported. The data used for the analyses are

Quantum Diagonalization Method in the Tavis-Cummings Model
To obtain the explicit form of evolution operator in the Tavis-Cummings model
we must calculate the term explicitly which is very hard. In this paper we try to make the
quantum matrix diagonal to
calculate and, moreover, to know a deep structure of the model.
For the case of one, two and three atoms we give such a diagonalization which
is first nontrivial examples as far as we know, and reproduce the calculations
of given in quant-ph/0404034. We also give a hint to an
application to a noncommutative differential geometry.
However, a quantum diagonalization is not unique and is affected by some
ambiguity arising from the noncommutativity of operators in quantum physics.
Our method may open a new point of view in Mathematical Physics or Quantum

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik guru
dalam proses pembelajaran PAI di MTs Pondok Pesantren Yayasan Hidayatul
Ma’arifiyah Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan dan faktor
faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam proses
pembelajaran PAI di MTs Pondok Pesantren Yayasan Hidayatul Ma’arifiyah
Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan.
Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru PAI yang ada di MTs Pondok
Pesantren Hidayatul Ma’arifiyyah Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten
Pelalawan. Sedangkan yang menjadi objeknya adalah kompetensi pedagogik guru
dalam proses pembelajaran PAI di MTs Pondok Pesantren Yayasan Hidayatul
Ma’arifiyah Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan. Adapun teknik
pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu teknik deskriptif kualitatif
dengan persentase.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka penulis dapat
mengambil kesimpulan yaitu: Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam proses
pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs Hidayatul Ma’arifiyah Pangkalan
Kerinci termasuk kategori cukup. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil persentase rata-rata
kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam
di MTs Hidayatul Ma’arifiyah Pangkalan Kerinci yaitu sebesar 60,67%.
Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam
proses pembelajaran PAI di MTs Hidayatul Ma’arifiyah Kecamatan Pangkalan
Kerinci yaitu: latar belakang pendidikan guru, pengalaman mengajar, pengawasan
yang dilakukan oleh kepada sekolah, dan sarana atau fasilitas pendidikan yang
memadai yang dimiliki oleh MTs Hidayatul Ma’arifiyah Pangkalan Kerinci
Kabupaten Pelalawan tersebut
