This article gived an analysis of modern trends in globalization processes and their connection with the formation of a global business strategy. It was substantiated the topicality of forming a new conceptual approach to strategy development in a «stable instability». It was proposed a model of development strategy, which involves the formation of interconnected network of alternative strategies, and allows flexible to adapt to changing conditions.<br>В статье выполнен анализ современных тенденций глобализационных процессов и их связи с формированием глобальной стратегии предприятия.

Effect of basal hormone profi le on the formation of the vaginal bacterial cenosis in women

Adhesion activity of L. acidophilus NK1, L. fermentum 90 TS4, and C. albicans 506 B on female vaginal epithelium was studied. Adhesion of various lactobacillus species was hormone- dependent. Adhesion of C. albicans 506 B was not associated with estrogen level. The effects of synthetic drugs and phytopreparations used for hormone replacement on adhesion of vaginal microbiocenosis members varied. © 2012 Springer Science+Business Media, Inc

There has been conducted a comparative estimation of winter bread wheat varieties in an inter-station trials due to quality indicators of kernels and flour. Modern breeding is the process of developing new genotypes that combine the maximum number of breeding traits. The necessity to obtain such varieties predetermines the wide introduction of genetically diverse well-studied samples into the process of hybridization. The success of breeding for these traits is determined by the availability of valuable initial material, timely and effective estimation of quality indicators at all stages of the breeding process. The purpose of the study is to identify genetic sources of high quality grain and flour of winter bread wheat. The trials were carried out in the FSBSI “Agricultural Research Center “Donskoy” in 2015-2017. The objects for the study were 80 winter bread wheat varieties of domestic and foreign development. The study of the varieties on a set of quality indicators of kernels and flour (protein and gluten percentage, SDS-sedimentation, flour strength, volume output bread, general baking estimation) has identified 14 winter bread wheat varieties “Nakhodka”, “Aksiniya”, “Volnitsa”, “Tanais”, “Asket”, “Zhavoronok”, “Donskaya yubileynaya”, “Donskaya bezostaya”, “Lidiya”, “Rostovchanka 7” (FSBSI “ARC “Donskoy”), “Proza”, “Poema” (FSBSI Verkhnevolzhsky FARC), “Antonina”, “Irishka” (FSBSI RCG named after P. P. Lukyanenko).Breeding plays an important role in solving the problem of improving the winter bread wheat quality. Therefore, to create new high-quality genotypes of a given crop, there has been proposed to use the varieties identified during these studies as genetic sources

The improvement of grain production is the most important global task. The introduction of new highly productive varieties of the leading grain crop, winter wheat, plays a huge role in its solution. The paper presents the study results of 80 winter soft wheat varieties of various ecological and geographical origin. Frost and winter resistance rise of the developed winter soft wheat genotypes today and in the nearest future is one of the main directions of breeding work. The preservation of highly productive winter soft wheat varieties varied from 0.0% to 78.3% at a freezing temperature of –19 °C. The varieties “Kaprizulya”, “Lilit”, “Zhavoronok”, “Lydia”, “Krasa Dona”, “Polina”, “Volnitsa” and “Volny Don”, developed in the Agricultural Research Center “Donskoy” have the highest frost resistance among the studied samples, they preserved 57.0 ... 78.3% of living plants. Grain productivity of the samples ranged from 6.36 to 8.90 t/ha in 2015–2017. The 16 out of 80 studied varieties reliably (НСР05 = 0.64 t/ha) exceeded the standard variety “Don 107” for this trait. Productivity of the best samples ranged from 8.14 t/ha (“СО 911”) to 8.90 t / ha (“Laureat”). The biological productivity of winter soft wheat varieties varied from 8.37 to 9.07 t/ha, exceeding the standard variety from 0.67 t/ha (“СО 911”) to 1.37 t/ha (“Laureat”). It should be noted that the correlation coefficient of actual and biological productivity was 0.84±0.06. As a result of the current study, there were identified the genotypes “Lydia”, “Volnitsa” and “Zhavoronok” combining high productivity, grain quality and resistance to low negative temperatures

User-Generated Video Gaming. Little big planet and participatory cultures in Italy

Digital technology users are growingly involved in what has been described as convergence culture or participatory cultures. In this context, a major role is played by user-generated content. This article focuses on the participatory practices related to Little Big Planet (LBP) 1, a PlayStation platform video game that encourages users to create and share their own gaming levels. Our theoretical framework refers both to convergence culture and to a specific perspective of game studies that focuses on the cultural and social dimensions that are to be found in gaming and modding practices. A total of 8,829 Italian PlayStation Network (PSN) users were surveyed regarding their gaming practices, their attitude toward digital technology, and their LBP usage experiences. The results show that familiarity with digital technology and a socially oriented attitude to digital technology are clearly related to ‘‘active LBP engagement.’’ Moreover, PSN users are more likely than other digital platforms users to create their own content
