    This paper investigates the correlation between managerial careers and managerial profiles. Research is based on the results of surveys conducted among final year students of Higher Schools of Business (HSB). Two parallel surveys were carried out, one with questions pertaining to building careers, and the other with questions for determining managerial profiles. A representative sample (250 respondents) was surveyed in two locations.     Neighbourhood-consensus message passing and its potentials in image processing applications

    In this paper, a novel algorithm for inference in Markov Random Fields (MRFs) is presented. Its goal is to find approximate maximum a posteriori estimates in a simple manner by combining neighbourhood influence of iterated conditional modes (ICM) and message passing of loopy belief propagation (LBP). We call the proposed method neighbourhood-consensus message passing because a single joint message is sent from the specified neighbourhood to the central node. The message, as a function of beliefs, represents the agreement of all nodes within the neighbourhood regarding the labels of the central node. This way we are able to overcome the disadvantages of reference algorithms, ICM and LBP. On one hand, more information is propagated in comparison with ICM, while on the other hand, the huge amount of pairwise interactions is avoided in comparison with LBP by working with neighbourhoods. The idea is related to the previously developed iterated conditional expectations algorithm. Here we revisit it and redefine it in a message passing framework in a more general form. The results on three different benchmarks demonstrate that the proposed technique can perform well both for binary and multi-label MRFs without any limitations on the model definition. Furthermore, it manifests improved performance over related techniques either in terms of quality and/or speed

    This paper looks on possibility of induction biodiesel fuel in tourism business. According to that, authors research economical and ecological impacts of biodiesel fuel on tourism business and environmental protection. In work, authors give answers about general characteristics of biodiesel fuel, and make comparison with classic diesel fuel. Researching issue are also production process and prices and what kind of effects brings induction of biodiesel fuel on economy of tourism and ecology. From that point of view, authors set up hypothesis that induction of biodiesel fuel in tourism business can obtain increasing in economical view and bring environmental protection of tourist destination. In paper are used methods for researching social, economical and ecological impacts of biodiesel fuel on tourism business development

    This paper deals with analysis of solar radiation direction and intensity influence on thermal flux on agricultural tractor operator's body surface. The analysis was carried out on a virtuel model of a tractor cab. The results showed that the highest solar load can occur when the sun is shining on the side of the tractor cab. When the sun is behind the cab and relatively low in the sky, the back and neck are critical body parts regarding the solar irradiation.U radu je prikazana analiza uticaja pravca i intenziteta sunčevog zračenja na toplotni fluks na površini tela rukovaoca u kabini poljoprivrednog traktora. Analiza je izvršena na virtuelnom modelu kabine. Rezultati su pokazali da najveće toplotno opterećenje tela usled sunčevog zračenja može nastati kada je kabina bočnom stranom okrenuta ka suncu, a da je najveće lokalno toplotno opterećenje na leđima i na vratu rukovaoca kada je sunce iza kabine
