PEDAGOGIK KRITIS BERBASIS DIGITAL LEARNING DAN BIG DATA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN LITERASI DIGITAL PENDIDIK DI KABUPATEN INDRAMAYU

Education must be able to adapt and develop according to the times. Now we are treading the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, known as the era of digitalization in various sectors of life, including the education sector. The influence that occurs, among others, in digital literacy skills. Smartphone penetration of Indonesia's population is quite large. This service is a development of the research that has been done on critical awareness and pedagogic competence. The pedagogic competence of educators in Indramayu district from the report from the Ministry of Education and Culture is still at a score of 52, and is ranked 20th in Indonesia. This activity is a solution that can be offered. Through the development of critical pedagogic competencies of digital-based educators and the use of big data, it is hoped that an effective education and mentoring can be created. The method of community service through descriptive studies using a qualitative approach by revealing data based on the research formulation questions, namely how to implement critical pedagogics based on digital learning and big data to improve educators' digital literacy? the training system is carried out using an e-course platform. Participants who receive further information register online and log in to access content, discuss with other participants and work on the learning evaluation that has been provided. From the results of these activities, 70% of the 223 participants were able to answer the questions correctly

The Framing Models on the News of the Spread of COVID-19 in Kompas.com. Agis Robby Rusman: 177010022

This study is called The Framing Models on the News of the Spread of COVID-19 in Kompas.com. The main purpose of this study is to find out how the news framing model from Kompas.com relates to the spread of COVID-19 in December 2020. Framing is a journalist's activity that packages facts from the field/event into writing in the form of news that contains information by the provisions of a particular institution, what facts are emphasized and then published, so that they can be read by the public. In essence, practicing journalists are involved in shaping the construction of reality in the mass media. The writer used qualitative method in analyzing the data. The news is analyzed using the framing theory by Robert N. Entman. There are five news that are analyzed in this study. Based on the analysis, from the five news that the author has researched, the majority of journalists raised opinions and facts from the government against people who do not comply with health protocols so that the number of victims continues to increase in December 2020. The framing in those news is quite interesting and there is several covid-19 issues are highlighted. PEMAHAMAN TENTANG JALAN REL GUNA PENINGKATAN PELAYANAN PRASARANA PERKERETAAPIAN

Seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah penumpang pada moda transportasi perkeretaapian, pelayanan pada prasarana perkeretaapian juga perlu ditingkatkan. Salah satu upaya peningkatan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang materi jalan rel pada Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan. Pemerintah dalam hal ini melalui Dinas Perhubungan melakukan pengawasan langsung terhadap pengoperasian prasarana perkeretaapian. Secara umum Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Dinas Perhubungan tidak semuanya memiliki dasar keilmuan perkeretaapian lebih khusus prasarana perkeretaapian jalan rel. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman terkait prasarana perkeretaapian jalan rel untuk meningkatkan pelayanan perkeretaapian. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan pemberian materi berupa teori dan praktek selama kurang lebih empat jam pembelajaran. Evaluasi kegiatan berdasarkan nilai pre test dan post test peserta sejumlah 22 orang. Soal pre test diberikan pada saat awal sebelum pemberian materi sedangkan soal post test diberikan setelah pemberian materi. Berdasarkan analisa hasil nilai post test peserta rata-rata memiliki kenaikan sebesar 32,95% dibandingkan dengan nilai pre test, sehingga dapat disimpulkan pemahaman peserta tentang jalan rel mengalami kenaikan.Seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah penumpang pada moda transportasi perkeretaapian, pelayanan pada prasarana perkeretaapian juga perlu ditingkatkan. Penentuan Prioritas Perawatan Berdasarkan Hasil Track Quality Index (TQI) Jalur Kereta Api Antara Stasiun Semarang Poncol – Stasiun Alastua: Determining Maintenance Priority Based On The Results Of The Track Quality Index (TQI) Of Railways Between Semarang Poncol Station – Alastua Station

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) has a measuring train that is used to determine the condition of the railroad tracks. The output of measuring train is a railroad quality value called the TQI (Track Quality Index). The TQI value can used to determine priority rail road maintenance. This study aims to determine the TQI category of the railroad between Semarang Poncol - Alastua, then determine improvement priorities and maintenance programs. The results of the analysis of the Semarang Poncol-Alastua cross-section railway data have an average category II for 20 < TQI ≤ 35. For priority treatment based on the results of the first point TQI on the SMT-ATA upstream track KM 0+156/188 Type Device LK (arch) with a TQI value of 48.1 categories III with an alert condition, an immediate corrective action program and track laying.
