Determinación espectrofotométrica de Pb en bebidas enlatadas en sus envases y revestimiento interior

Se ha estudiado el contenido de Pb en bebidas enlatadas, sus envases y revestimiento interior. Los resultados obtenidos confirman la presencia de este metal en cantidades significativas en los zumos de tomate, mientras que en las demás muestras ensayadas el contenido en Pb no sobrepasa los límites permitidos. Se ha observado una notable variación del contenido en Pb del revestimiento interior de los envases, así como del contenido en Pb de la hojalata en los mismos.Quantitative analyse of Pb has been made in canned drinks, as well as in their cans and inner coatings. Presence of this metal is confirmed in higher levels than allowed in tomato juices, while the amount of Pb in others samples analysed doesnt exceed the allowed levels. Remarkable differences of amount of lead among the inner coatings as well as among the cans were found
