El propósito permanente de mejorar el servicio educativo que ofrecemos como muestra del compromiso que tenemos con nuestros estudiantes, familias Caldistas y con la ciudadanía, nos llevó a realizar desde octubre del 2007 un trabajo que culmina con el plan de desarrollo estratégico, y que nos permite llevar a cabo nuestro objetivo central de “Contribuir a la construcción de un mundo mejor propiciando una cultura de desarrollo integral y sostenible de la comunidad educativa en su ser individual y social, que se evidencie en el ejercicio de una autonomía responsable consigo mismo y con su entorno. Nos hemos propuesto además el reto de estar dentro de los tres colegios con mayor demanda en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga por la formación de bachilleres bilingües, distinguidos por sus calidades morales e intelectuales y con los más altos desempeños en todas las áreas del desarrollo.Plan de desarrollo Bucaramanga, un aula abierta.
