De l'Empordà federal a l'Empordà nacionalsindicalista. Una aproximació al primer franquisme a través de la Hermandad de Cautivos por España

En aquest estudi es vol respondre la pregunta de qui són els homes que representen el primer franquisme a Figueres, una ciutat amb tradició republicana, on era difícil trobar persones per ocupar els càrrecs de govern a la ciutat. A partir de la constatació que un nombre significatiu de càrrecs de l’Ajuntament de Figueres dels primers anys del nou règimfranquista procedeix del sector d’excaptius, s’analitza el perfil d’aquests addictes al nou règim. Per fer-ho, s’utilitza la documentació generada per la Delegació Local d’Excaptius de Figueres. El perfil dels excaptius és el d’un home situat en la franja dels vint als seixanta anys, de classe mitjana o alta i amb una adscripció política anterior a la guerra que el situa a la CEDA, la Falange o a la Lliga.This study wants to answer the question of who were the men representing the early Franco regime in Figueres, a traditionally republican city, where it was difficult to find people to occupy offices in the city government. After confirming that a significant number of Figueres' municipal offices were held by ex-prisoners during the first years of the new regime, the profile of these adherents to the Franco regime is analysed, using the documentation fromthe Local Delegation of Ex-prisoners of Figueres. The ex-prisoners' profile is that of a man between twenty and sixty years of age, from the middle or upper class and with a political adherence prior to the war that would situate him in the CEDA, the Falange or the League
