The problem of safety of management activity in the psychological research has emerged recently. The urgency of this problem conditioned by the demand of time because this is one of the main psychological factors of human resources’ effective work. The psychological safety of a person is conditioned by excluding the dangers in labor activity, which often expresses as psychosomatic manifestations. However, they are not often visible because of lack of the immediate relationship between work and somatic manifestations. Numerous studies show the existence of the phenomenon.
