Also presents the positive and negative aspects of the Olympic games on obstetrics and gynecology with the participants themselves.В статье рассматриваются этапы олимпиадного движения на кафедре акушерства и гинекологии. Отмечается важная роль олимпиады в обучении и формировании личности будущего врача путем неформального совершенствования теоретических и практических навыков. Forecasting clinic-laboratory parameters of women after reproductive losses in the anamnesis at a stage a preconception preparation

Under our supervision there were 193 women of reproductive age from 20 to 35 years of age who were divided into 3 groups -1 -st group - 92 women in whom pregnancy interrupted till about 22 weeks, 2-nd group - 71 women who planned pregnancy 2-3 years after delivery. 3-rd group (control) - 30 practically healthy women who planned the first pregnancy without chronic gynecologic diseases. We estimated the infectious and hormonal status of all the women. It has been established, that for forecasting reproductive losses at a stage preconception preparations by the most significant the combination of factors are: a level of estradiol (p=0,018), a 17-OH - progesterone (p=0,00037) and a level of androstendione (p=0,008) in 3-5-th day of menstrual period, presence of the registered marriage (p=0,02), sterility in the anamnesis (p=0,002). We establish inverse relationship between a level of estradiol, presence of the registered marriage, sterility in the anamnesis and miscarriage. Dependence between a level of 17-OH-progesterone, androstendione and reproductive losses - a straight line.Нами было обследовано 193 женщины, планирующих беременность, в возрасте от 20 до 35 лет. I группа - 92 пациентки с репродуктивными потерями в анамнезе в сроке до 22 недель гестации; II группа - 71 пациентка, планирующие беременность после благоприятного исхода первых родов. Контрольную группу составили 30 практически здоровых женщин, планирующих первую беременность. Оценивался гормональный, инфекционный статус. Было установлено, что для прогнозирования невынашивания беременности на этапе преконцепционной подготовки наиболее значимым является сочетание факторов: уровень эстрадиола (р=0,018), 17-ОН прогестерона (р=0,00037) и андростендиона (р=0,008) в крови на 3-5 день менструального цикла, наличие зарегистрированного брака (р=0,02), бесплодие в анамнезе (р=0,002). Нами установлена обратная зависимость между уровнем эстрадиола, наличием зарегистрированного брака, бесплодия в анамнезе и невынашиванием беременности.
