Evaluasi Pembelajaran di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al Washliyah di Kabupaten Batu Bara

Di antara organisasi Islam yang turut berkontribusi bagi pengembangan madrasah di Indonesia adalah Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah. Dalam konteks ini, Al Washliyah mengembangkan madrasah diniyah dan jumlah lembaga yang dikelola relatif banyak secara kuantitas. Artikel ini merupakan hasil studi lapangan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah, disingkat MDTA, yang terdapat di Kabupaten Batu Bara. Data yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan wawancara, studi dokumen dan observasi akan dianalisis dengan model analisis Miles dan Huberman. Studi ini menemukan bahwa kualifikasi sebagian pendidik masih belum memenuhi standar nasional, pendidik masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang konvensional, kurikulum tidak mengalami Perubahan sejak lama dan tidak mengakomodir kurikulum pemerintah, sedangkan pemerintah dan masyarakat relatif kurang mendukung keberadaan madrasah

Motivasi Dan Kinerja Penyuluh Terhadap Petani Karet Di Kabupaten Kampar

Rubber is one of the commodities in the plantation sector that are excellent in Riau after palm oil. It is evident from the many areas in Riau Province that is potentially in the development of the rubber. Kampar Regency as well as largerst rubber producer after Kuantan Singingi Regency, Kampar Regency in 2013 is capable of producing as much as 78.031 tons of rubber with rubber land area of 101.597 Ha. Only from year to year the number of existing rubber farmers diminishing due to the transfer of commodities into palm oil. In thins case required the efforts of extension to change the mindset of farmers as well as the skills, attitudes and income of farmers through extension activities. In this case, the motivation factor is considered to affect the success of extension activities that have an impact on performance achieved. Motivation extension seen from the internal and exsternal factors while the performance is measured extension of the preparation, implementation and evaluation. Method used is primarily to survey the number of respondents as 6 extension taken from one of the districts in which Kampar Regency is Kampar Kiri. Analysis used technique likert's scale. The results obtained by motivation of overall extension categorized fairly, where in the internal factors have been categorized as high, while external factors is still considered. Performance of extension categorized good at preparatory stage, while there are enough categories at stage of implementation and evaluation. But overall performance of extension workers categorized good in the Kampar Regency

Analisis Sikap Konsumen dalam Mengonsumsi Madu Sialang Produksi Mr. Honey di Kota Pekanbaru

Small medium enterprise (SME) Mr. Honey is an SME that is run by a student of Agribusiness Department Faculty of Agriculture University of Riau in Pekanbaru City. The product is still very simple, nevertheless demand on Mr. Honey's product is still continuing. This may happen due to some attributes on Mr. Honey's product that become the consideration for consumers, so the consumers keep purchasing the product from Mr. Honey. The research aims to analyze the consumers' characteristic, consumers' attitude, and to figure out the performance of SME Mr. Honey. The results showed that the characteristic of Mr. Honey's consumers were single and productive young female, acquiring higher education, as well as having proper and well paid job. The attitude of consumers was positve, shown by the score 20.18 which meant it was good.The performance on attributes that must be maintained by SME Mr. Honey were hygiene attribute, originalitiy, ease in obtaining, and fair price. Meanwhile, the attributes that were include as main priority to be improved were the attachment of nutrition facts on the product, brand, Label of National Agency of Drug and Food Control, and also packaging of Mr. Honey's products

Peningkatan Aktivitas Belajar Menggunakan Metode Inkuiri dalam Pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar

Improved student learning activities using the method of inquiry in science teaching in fourth grade SD Negeri 7 Bawing Hamlet. The purpose this research is to improve students' learning activities using the method of inquiry in the fourth grade 7 students Bawing Hamlet. This type of research is classroom action research. Subjects in the study of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 7 Bawing Hamlet. The study was conducted by 2 cycles. Based on the results of the processing and analysis of research data that the class action learning process with the inquiry method IPKG sheet I look at cycle 1 was 2.41, and the second cycle IPKG 2 3.Terjadi increase the maximum value is 0.59%, then the sheet IPKG 2 in cycle 1 the average score is 2.31​​, and the second cycle indicators, namely the average increase of 0.69% 3.There is a higher percentage of students with learning activities in cycle 1 the average is 22.5%, and in cycle 2 the results of student learning activities increased to 70

Peran Penyuluhan dalam Pemberdayaan Petani Kelapa Sawit Pola Swadaya di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan

The purpose of this research are: (1) To identify the role of extension on independent small holder farmers of oil palm; (2) To know empowerment level of the farmers; (3) To analyze the aims of extension; (4) To analyze influence the role's of extension toward empowerment and influence empowerment toward the aims of extension. This research was conducted at Betung Village and Batang Kulim Village in Pangkalan Kuras Sub District Pelalawan District. Research's respondent was determined by purposive sampling methods with number of respondent were 120. The consideration to choose the location is the location that has active extension activities and has farmer group. Validity, reliability, outliers, normality and multicolinearity analysis has been done on the measuring instruments. To answer the first, second, and third purpose of this research using likert's scale summated rating (SLR). To answer the fourth research purpose was using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the AMOS program. The result shows (1) The role of extension has shown quite on independent small holder farmers activity; (2) The empowerment level of farmers on the categorize quite with the extension activities as seen from empowerment human resource, productive economy, and the farmers institutional; (3) The aims of extension has quite as seen from better farming, better business and better living; (4) the role of extension has proven directly influence significantly toward level of farmer's empowerment and the level of farmer's empowerment has proven directly influence significantly toward reach of the role extension aims

Peningkatan Kemampuan Berbicara Menggunakan Media Dongeng dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia di Kelas 1 SD

The Improvement of Speaking Ability in Learning Indonesia Language and Literature by Using Fairy Tale Medium on the Grade Students Sekolah Dasar Negeri No. 02 ( Statet Elementary School ) Nanga Tebidah, Sintang. The purpose of this research is to find out the improment of the Student speaking ability. The method used in this research is qualitative method in whict the form of the research is Class Action Research (PTK), in which there is a collaboration between the researcher and the class teacher in its implementation. The student average scores before using fairy tale medium are 33,3%, and get the increase to 51,1% in cycle I, and become 72% in cycle II. From the research finding, the learning by using fairy tale medium apparently can impropeve the speaking ability in learning Indonesia Language and literature on the 1 grade student Sekolah Dasar Negeri No.02 ( state elementary school ) Nanga Tebidah Sintang

Analisis Ketahanan Pangan Rumah Tangga Peserta Program Desa Mandiri Pangan di Desa Sei Simpang Dua Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Hilir Kabupaten Kampar

Food security program is one of the important issues related to improve people welfare in villages. The objective of this study is analyse food security of participant households on food self-sufficency village programm in Sei Simpang Dua Village. The study uses both primary and secondary data using a survey method. Data were collected from 38 households participated in the program that taken by doing census and 30 traders related to the program using purposive sampling. The data were analyse to access the availability of food, household income, and household expenditure in the village. The results show that majority of food are available in the local market but were originated from outside the village. The households income on average are Rp 1.732.237,- while households expenditures are Rp 1.005.807.-. The low income level has provoked the average amount of calorie consumption only 1.266,10 kcal/capita/day
