In accordance with the duties and functions BKKBN or Regional FamilyPlanning Agency has a strategic role in the development of social welfare . The role willbe realized as expected if the Family Planning Agency may formulate and implementprograms that are directly related to efforts to repair / improvement of social welfare inparticular the families of the target group . In connection with this, this peneleitianendak answer the question " how the role of Family Planning Agency in thedevelopment of social welfare in the South Minahasa district .What is meant by a role in the development of the social welfare are the thingsor the efforts that have been or are being carried out by the Family Planning in thedevelopment of social welfare / community in accordance with the scope of tasks andauthority. The role can be seen from the programs and activities that have been or arebeing implemented and the results achieved in the development of public welfare .This study used qualitative methods . Sources of data / informants drawn fromthe competent authorities Family Agency Planning South Minahasa District ( 5 people ), officers PPLKB / PLKB Subdistrict ( 4 ) people , and community family planningprograms target group ( 6 persons ) , so the total number of informants there are asmany as 15 people . Collecting data using interview techniques . While the analysis ofthe data using qualitative analysis techniques interactive model of Miles and Hubernan .The results showed : ( 1 ) Programmes Body Family Planning , Women'sEmpowerment and Child Protection South Minahasa regency set everything can be donequite effectively . ( 2 ) Programs Board of Family Planning , Women's Empowermentand Child Protection South Minahasa District conducted during this provide greatbenefits for the community , especially the target groups in the welfare of the family.Based on the results of these peneleitian be concluded that the FamilyPlanning Agency has a significant role in realizing the social welfare development inSouth Minahasa regency .Starting from the conclusion it is suggested that given the significant role ofBKKBN or Regional Family Planning Agency in the development of the social welfareprograms of the Agency for Family Planning , Women's Empowerment and ChildProtection South Minahasa District that has been or is being implemented today shouldbe continued , improved and expanded even furthe

Gambaran Konsumsi Makanan Laut Penderita Hipertensi Diwilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dagho Kecamatan Tamako

Target of this Research is know Relation of consume food go out to sea with occurence of hypertension in Puskesmas Dagho District of Tamako. This desain research is Analytic ofobservasional with approach of Cross sectional. Population in this research is Population the taken is all patient which suffering hypertension exist in Dagho puskesmas District of Tamako, amounting to 50 people with Intake of sampel in this research use Total technique ofsampling, instrument the used is used by date analysis and cuesioner is bivariate and univariat with test of chi-square. Result of research there are very real relation between food consumption go out to sea with occurence of hypertension (p=0.002). Pursuant to result of research, hence Conclusion that most responder suffer hypertension > 2 year counted 32 responder ( 64%), and most consuming perhari < 2 cutting and frequency < 4 times one week counted 27 responder (54.0%), hence from that better Be expected to officer of Puskesmas Dagho to be giving counselling in the form of a good way to consume pregnant sea food of high Natrium

Hubungan Dukungan Suami Saat Antenatal Dan Intranatal Dengan Bounding Attachment Pada Ibu Post Partum Di RSU Pancaran Kasih Gmim Manado

Abstrack: During pregnancy a wife needs a pair of support that comes from the husband. Husband to the mother's lack of support will lead to not nurture drope affection between mother and baby or not nurtured bounding attachment to mother and baby. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of husband support during antenatal and intranatal with bounding attachment on post partum mothers at General Hospital Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado. The design of this research was descriptive analytic cross sectional design. Samples were taken through out the post partum mothers in pavilium Maria at General Hospital Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado numbered 34 people with the sampling technique was total sampling. The results of this study was the relationship of support from husband during antenatal with the bounding attachment obtained significant P value = 0.001 mean P value <0.05 and during intranatal with bounding attachment obtained P value = 0,037 mean P value <0,05. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship of husband support during antenatal and intranatal with bounding attachment on post partum mothers at General Hospital Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado. This research was expected to provide antenatal and intranatal support to the wife in order to create a bounding attachment as early as possible

Pengaruh Lingkungan Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (suatu Studi di Kantor Kecamatan Tuminting Kota Manado)

The internal environment is the overall factor in the organization and the activities of theorganization. In the study are two main problems, namely the environmental conditions and the level ofemployee performance in organizations. The study tries to show the influence of the organizationalenvironment on employee performance in Tuminting district, Manado city . This study uses a quantitativeapproach with descriptions and explanations. Data sources or respondents of this study are all employeesof the district office Tuminting, numbering 32 people. Data was collected through a questionnaire andengineering survey using observation techniques. Analysis of the data involved using a simple correlationanalysis technique and simple regression. The results of the data analysis: 1.the environmentalorganization at the district offices in Tuminting is based on the opinions of respondents in the categoriesand are likely to be high or medium.2.Employee performance is likely to be low or medium.3.Theregression coefficient of the variable work environment on employee performance is positive andsignificant and the correlation coefficient of determination is also. Based on the results of data analysis itmay be concluded that the environmental organization, working environment is significantly positive inthe office at Tuminting, Manado city. From the conclusion of the study it is suggested that theorganization's leaders, in particular the leader of Tuminting district, are able to create conditions of acondusive working environment and stimulate morale of the employees and also the need for concreteefforts of local governments to create the conditions for a better working environment

: Treatment compliance in hypertensive patients is important because hypertensionis a disease that is not curable but it must always be controlled or controlled in order to avoid complications that can lead to death. The purpose of research known factors associated with medication adherence in hypertensive patients at Puskesmas Ranotana Weru. The study design used is descriptive method with cross sectional approach. Sample in this study done by total sampling in accordance with the inclusion criteria amounted to 32 people. The results using statistical test of chi-square obtained to knowledge the ρ value = 0.008 <α = 0.05 motivation ρ value = 0.011 <α = 0.05 and family support ρ value = 0.001 <α = 0.05. Conclusion this study has shown a significant relationship between knowledge, motivation and family support with medication adherence in hypertensive patients at Puskesmas Ranotana Weru

This study's Design uses observational analytics using cross sectional approach is a study that is measured simultaneously, instantaneously or once in one time. The technique of taking sampleusing a total sample of 33 people. Chi Square statistical test results with 95% confidence level (α = 0.05) and obtained p value 0.690> 0.05. Conclusion that there is no relation between anxiety level with clean and healthy life behaviour at Badan Penyantunan Lanjut Usia (BPLU) Senja Cerah Paniki Kecamatan Mapanget Manado

Pengaruh Penyuluhan Kesehatan Tentang Gastritis Terhadap Pengetahuan Dan Perilaku Pencegahan Gastritis Pada Remaja Di SMA Negeri 7 Manado

: Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa that characterized by discomfort in the upper abdomen, nausea, vomiting, decreased, appetite, or headache. Gastritis is one of types of the cases that generally affect in teenagers, caused by various factors, including knowledge and behaviors to prevent gastritis. The research purpose of this study is known about the effect of health education on the knowledge and behavior of gastritis prevention in adolescents. The method of this research is pre experimental with one group pre test and post test design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and sample obtained 74 people. Data analysis used the Wilcoxone Signed Ranks test with α = 0,05. The results showed an increase in knowledge before and after the health education of 31 people (41,9%) with good knowledge to as many as 67 people (90,5%) good knowledge with P value = 0,000. And an increase in preventive behavior before and after the health education of 10 people (13,5%) sufficient behavior to as many as 65 people (87,8%) sufficient behavior with P value = 0,000. The conclusion there is the effect of health education on the knowledge and behavior of gastritis prevention in adolescents at High School State 7 Manado
