The Role of Sharia Marketing in Increasing Customer Loyalty (an Empirical Study of BMT in Kudus Regency)

This research strives to empirically examine and analyze the influence of syariah marketing and service quality on BMT customer loyalty and satisfaction in Kudus Regency. This study was a survey research that used a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained from 250 BMT customers within Kudus Regency by using an accidental sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data analysis used a path analysis technique. The research findings revealed that: first, sharia marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction; second, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction; third, sharia marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty; fourth, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty; and fifth, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty

Analisis Hubungan Antara Tingkat Pendidikan Dan Perilaku Berisiko Dengan Angka Kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) Di Desa Mayangrejo

Dengue hemorrhagic fever emerges in tropical countries like Indonesia. Bojonegoro is one of the highest districts with increased cases in East Java. The high incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Bojonegoro is riveting to be explored related to some causative factors, including education and community behavior. Moreover, education affects an individual level of knowledge, which will impact a person's behavior that potentially affects the public health degree, especially the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever. This study aimed to determine the relationship between education and risky behavior in dengue hemorrhagic fever incidence in Mayangrejo Village, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. A cross-sectional approach was used within a total population of 302 participants, and the Lemeshow sampling technique reached 67 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to residents' homes, while the Fisher's Exact Test was used for data analysis. The results showed a significant relationship between behavior and the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (p-value = 0.024), and there was a relationship between education level and the incidence of the disease (p-value = 0.022). Performing health education and undertaking one House one Jumantik program is then recommended.

Sistem Semi-Isolasi Seismik High Damper Rubber Bearing pada Gedung Bertingkat

Bangunan konvensional dengan struktur kaku (fixed Base) dapat menyebabkan struktur mengalami respons seperti drift, Base Shear  yang cukup besar. Sedangkan untuk bangunan konvensional dapat menyebabkan struktur mengalami interstory drift yang besarakan diteliti respons Struktur Gedung Bertingkat 10 dan 15, Dengan menggunakan Base isolator tipe High Damper Rubber Bearing (HDRB) yang terpasang disebagian tumpuan dari struktur. Respon struktur yang akan ditinjau meliputi waktu getar alami struktur, Drift Struktur.Pemodelan seperti ini diharapkan gedung dapat mendisipasi energi gempa yang terjadi dengan aksi ganda antar base isolator (isolasi seismik) tipe HDRB dan struktur rangka beton pemikul momen dengan tetap memperhatikan efisiensi biaya penggunaan seismic isolation. Penggunaan HDRB pada model struktur HDRB-S10J dan HDRB-S15J dapat meningkatkan periode getar namun hasilnya tidak begitu signifikan yang hanya berselisih 1.99% dari model struktur tanpa isolasi seismic (FB10 dan FB15).
