Diagnóstico financiero Ecopetrol S.A

Con este proyecto se analizó la información presentada en los estados financieros de la empresa Ecopetrol S.A, Los periodos a analizar corresponden a 2019, 2020 y 2021 los cuales se encuentran abiertos al público en la página web de la empresa. Donde nos enfocamos principalmente en el mercado financiero ya que es una empresa muy representativa para el país y pertenece al mercado de valores en donde se busca identificar los respectivos instrumentos y herramientas que presenten un manejo adecuado de recursos producto de una administración eficiente que proyecta la toma de decisiones de acuerdo a los flujos de efectivo, gastos, costos y demás rubros que permitan aumentar la cadena de valor de la compañía. El desarrollo de este análisis se enfocó en la toma de decisiones para determinar la viabilidad de inversiones a futuro en donde se midió el rendimiento que tiene la empresa para generar utilidades, para mantenerse en el mercado nacional como internacional ya que es una de las empresas más importantes para Colombia. El año 2020 fue un año muy difícil para muchas empresas en el mundo, pero la toma de decisiones basadas en las proyecciones ha permitido que esta empresa se mantenga en el mercado ya que también fue afectada por la caída de los precios internacionales del petróleo. También se identificó los instrumentos principales de inversión, financiación, negociación y cobertura de financiación que permiten identificar los resultados positivos y negativos en el desarrollo de la actividad de la empresa y dar recomendaciones sobre los mismos.With this project we seek to analyze the information presented in the financial statements of the company Ecopetrol SA.
