Caso estudio Sector Hotelero.DUERMEBIEN Hotel es una empresa del sector hotelero y turismo que busca cumplir con los estándares máximos en calidad, seguridad y salud de los trabajadores y gestión medioambiental, queriendo así posicionarse entre los mejores en la ciudad de Madrid – España. Actualmente DUERMEBIEN Hotel no dispone de ninguna sistemática que permita gestionar de forma adecuada los aspectos ambientales generados en el desarrollo de sus actividades, por ello se hace necesario la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA), para ello se realiza inicialmente una verificación de los procesos operativos, estratégicos y de soporte, en los cuales se pretende identificar la situación actual en gestión de aspectos ambientales y el cumplimiento de la legislación ambiental vigente, para con ello emprender las acciones necesarias para lograr dar cumplimiento a los requisitos exigidos en la norma ISO 14001/2015 y conjuntamente mejorar de manera significativa la gestión ambiental de la organización. Entre los aspectos ambientales negativos significativos producidos durante la ejecución de las actividades de la organización tenemos el consumo de agua y energía eléctrica en niveles muy elevados para los cuales es necesario emprender acciones inmediatas para la minimización y control de estos. En el caso del consumo de agua se propone la puesta en marcha de un plan de ahorro de agua a través de sustitución de equipos actuales por dispositivos economizadores de agua. Para la energía eléctrica es necesario la sustitución de las energías convencionales por el uso de energías limpias, en este caso la energía solar fotovoltaica.DUERMEBIEN Hotel is a hotel and tourism company that seeks to meet the highest standards in quality, safety and health of workers and management environmental, wanting to position itself among the best in the city of Madrid - Spain. Among the significant negative environmental aspects produced during the execution of the activities of the organization, we have the consumption of water and electric power at very high levels for which it is necessary to take immediate actions to minimize and control them. In the case of water consumption, the implementation of a water saving plan is proposed by replacing current equipment with water saving devices. For electric power it is necessary to replace conventional energies with the use of clean energies, in this case photovoltaic solar energy
