The article is based on the results of a large research project “State and Religion in the North-West: a sociological analysis”, which was conducted by the RANEPA in 2020, and was aimed at developing and implementing an interdisciplinary methodology for analyzing the religious situation in the Northwest Federal District. The article presents the results of a study of the relationship between the state and religious institutions in 5 regions of the Federal District. The article presents theoretical developments in the perspective of modern state-confessional relations, the study of the mediatization of religion, concludes about the multi-tiered structure of modern communication between the state and religious organizations on the Internet, as well as about the significance of the symbol and religious holiday in the public public sphere. The methods of empirical research were content analysis and expert interviews with an emphasis on both different regions and a combination of factors throughout the North-Western Federal District as a whole. The results of the study show that there is a strong interrelationship between social and religious processes in the subjects of the federation. But there are some regional differences, first of all in the role of media in different regions

Institutional Basics of Tariffs in Housing and Communal Services: Cross-Country Analysis

The aim of the article is a review and summarizing methods of tariffs in housing and communal services in foreign countries, and also reasoning of opportunity to use of state marketing in the regulation of tariffs and the main directions of its usage, both in Russia and abroad. The result of this article is the formulation of conclusions and predictions for further development of tariff setting, as well as the social consequences of this policy in the sphere of housing and communal services. The institutional character of the social practices of HCS, according to the authors, is associated with the provision of living conditions for the population in the sphere of material practices and with the finding of ways to optimize the economy of the industrial and postindustrial societies. In the service social practices HCS special factor is the change of goal setting, re-orientation of social action for the client from the process that is not always connected with rational components of the social actions of individuals, and also with the operation of irrational components. Besides, there is a kind of "soft" technologization in the service social practices of HCS. Pricing policy in the sphere of housing and communal services detects a contradiction, on the one hand, between a wide range of services and agents that shows the democratization processes in the maintenance and strengthening of processes of self-administration, and on the other side of rising prices and low quality of services provided. Characterization of Alternanthera mosaic virus and its Coat Protein

A new isolate of Alternanthera mosaic virus (AltMV-MU) was purified from Portulaca grandiflora plants. It has been shown that the AltMV-MU coat protein (CP) can be efficiently reassembled in vitro under different conditions into helical RNA-free virus-like particles (VLPs) antigenically related to native virus. The AltMV-MU and VLPs were examined by atomic force and transmission electron microscopies. The encapsidated AltMV-MU RNA is nontranslatable in vitro. However, it can be translationally activated by CP phosphorylation or by binding to the TGB1protein from the virus-coded movement triple gene block

Meixner class of non-commutative generalized stochastic processes with freely independent values I. A characterization

Let TT be an underlying space with a non-atomic measure σ\sigma on it (e.g. T=RdT=\mathbb R^d and σ\sigma is the Lebesgue measure). We introduce and study a class of non-commutative generalized stochastic processes, indexed by points of TT, with freely independent values. Such a process (field), ω=ω(t)\omega=\omega(t), tTt\in T, is given a rigorous meaning through smearing out with test functions on TT, with Tσ(dt)f(t)ω(t)\int_T \sigma(dt)f(t)\omega(t) being a (bounded) linear operator in a full Fock space. We define a set CP\mathbf{CP} of all continuous polynomials of ω\omega, and then define a con-commutative L2L^2-space L2(τ)L^2(\tau) by taking the closure of CP\mathbf{CP} in the norm PL2(τ):=PΩ\|P\|_{L^2(\tau)}:=\|P\Omega\|, where Ω\Omega is the vacuum in the Fock space. Through procedure of orthogonalization of polynomials, we construct a unitary isomorphism between L2(τ)L^2(\tau) and a (Fock-space-type) Hilbert space F=Rn=1L2(Tn,γn)\mathbb F=\mathbb R\oplus\bigoplus_{n=1}^\infty L^2(T^n,\gamma_n), with explicitly given measures γn\gamma_n. We identify the Meixner class as those processes for which the procedure of orthogonalization leaves the set CP\mathbf {CP} invariant. (Note that, in the general case, the projection of a continuous monomial of oder nn onto the nn-th chaos need not remain a continuous polynomial.) Each element of the Meixner class is characterized by two continuous functions λ\lambda and η0\eta\ge0 on TT, such that, in the F\mathbb F space, ω\omega has representation \omega(t)=\di_t^\dag+\lambda(t)\di_t^\dag\di_t+\di_t+\eta(t)\di_t^\dag\di^2_t, where \di_t^\dag and \di_t are the usual creation and annihilation operators at point tt

The participation of Se in the structure of deiodinases during the metabolism of thyroid hormones defined the interest to the research of its possible impact to the processes of reparative regeneration of bone tissue in the experiment. The aim of the paper is to reveal the dynamics of thyroid hormone secretion at further adding of selenium under the conditions of standard fracture healing in rabbits. The most general response of the thyroid gland at the reparative regeneration of bone tissue was revealed, it is the reduction of Т, T4 and free T4 concentration during the nearest postoperative period. It is shown, that the use of the preparation of Se changes the reaction of thyroid to the dosed damage of the bone and metabolism of iodothyronines as well. The change of T3 concentration was the most evident. Rabbits having extra preparation of Se were less susceptible to fluctuations in the secretion of iodothyronines typical for the dosed damage of the bone but the syndrome of «low Т3» redoubled and peripheral conversion of thyroid hormone reduced

In order to find out the mechanisms of pathogenesis of degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the spine, it is of particular interest to search for body parameters which are directly or indirectly interrelated with the key factors of peripheral conversion of nidus iodothyronines and constitute a system of network interactions, affecting metabolic indicators at the local and systemic level. The aim. To search for correlations of local key factors of peripheral conversion of Ligamentum flavum iodothyronines with indicators of biochemical, hematological and hormonal blood profiles of patients with stenosing processes of the spinal canal and dural sac in the lumbar spine.Materials and methods. 33 patients (15 males, 18 females) with stenosing processes of the spinal canal and dural sac in the lumbar spine were examined (mean age – 45.73 ± 1.95 years). The expression of deiodinase genes and other candidate genes was determined in Ligamentum flavum biopsies collected during surgical treatment. Biochemical, hematological and hormonal parameters were determined in peripheral blood. The resulting data array was processed in order to find correlations between the parameters of systemic and local metabolism.Results. The relationships of deiodinases with the expression of GDF5, MMP1, MMP3 and TIMP1 in Ligamentum flavum (p < 0.05) were found. Of the hormonal profile of the blood serum, the most significant indicators were thyreotropin, free triiodothyronine and thyroperoxidase antibodies. In the biochemical profile, levels of direct bilirubin, total cholesterol, HDL and LDL cholesterol and triglycerides changed along with the expression of deiodinases. Correlative relationships with the expression of deiodinases were found for the following hematological analytes of whole peripheral blood: hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, numbers of granulocytes, lymphocytes, eosinophils, monocytes, band neutrophils, red cell distribution width and platelet crit. The data obtained indicate the involvement of peripheral conversion factors in the pathogenetic process and provide information to form a new view on the pathogenesis of degenerative-dystrophic processes in the Ligamentum flavum of patients with stenosing processes of the spinal canal and the dural sac in the lumbar spine
