A Fossa Canina Abscess Originated From First Maxillary Primary Molar: a Case Report Management

A possible complication of fossa canina infections is reactive thrombosis of the vena angularis, which can lead to cavernous sinus phlebothrombosis. According to the literature there are different opinions about the treatment protocol of fossa canina abscesses. This study reports theunusual case of odontogenic infection in children. A four years old girl patient arrived at a dental clinic with her mother and sister. The patient presented with massive swelling and redness in the region of left eye. According to the subjective data obtained from her mother and sister, the swelling occurs in the morning, six hours before being taken to the dentist. We suspect that the left maxillary first primary molar caused the case. Management of this case is open bur and there was bleeding from the pulp without pain. After 4 min, swelling in the lower eyelid decreased. The condition is getting better after 39 min before the patient took the drug. The patient still get medicine for healing efforts

Pemetaan Ilmiah Topik Penelitian Perluasan Layanan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Jateng

Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is one of the types of bus-based public transportation that provides fast, convenient, and affordable urban transportation. The BRT service in Central Java is called Trans Jateng and is managed by the Transportation Agency of Central Java Province. The operational concept of Trans Jateng is to serve routes that connect urban agglomeration areas in the province of Central Java. Trans Jateng plans to develop future services grouped into service corridors based on the existing development areas in Central Java, including the Kedungsepur, Wanarakuti, Banglor, Bregasmalang, Petanglong, Subosukowonosraten, Barlingmascakeb, and Purwomanggung agglomerations. In addition to opening new corridors, the development of Trans Jateng BRT services can also be carried out by expanding existing services; therefore, a comprehensive study is essential to monitor and track the progress of the research. This paper will map the literature on service expansion, BRT, and Trans Jateng. The literature database was taken from Google Scholar and analyzed using the VOSviewer tool with a mapping of previous research. The results of this research are highly useful for understanding the current development of research on the expansion of Trans Jateng BRT services in the future

Potential Risk Analysis of Fire Hazard and Explosion and Its Impact on Workers and Community in PT. Pertamina-terminal BBM Rewulu

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is first, to understand the fire hazard level, the radius of exposure (radiation and possibility to exposed flame and explosion) and the effect to the worker. And second, to understand the smoke pollutant dispersion and the effect to the public health and air quality.Method: Dow's Fire and Explosion Index to calculate fire hazard level; Point Source Radiation Model to calculate the radiant heat flux and the effect to the worker, Gausian Dispersion Model to calculate the smoke dispersion and the effect to the public health and air quality.Findings: The level of fire and explosion hazard on all grade A fuel tank at PT Pertamina TBBM Rewulu is Moderate. There are no significant health effect in that concentration but it could increase acidity in rain.Practical implications: Pertamina need to make 1) additional wall tires to separate the tank of one heap with another, it is to localize if there is a spill of fuel material; 2) create a water cooling system for the tank that is considered to be impacted by heat over the critical heat flux; 3) establish evacuation paths around easy-to-use tanks; 4) provide sufficient lighting around the location of the tank heap; 5) providing education and training to local residents in facing the impact of pollutant smoke exposure.Originality: The paper contributes to our understanding that workers' safety and health in the petroleum industry depends on workplace conditions

Sampel dalam penelitian ini mengambilmanajer dari Bank Syariah di kota Surabaya, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104manajer. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisismultivariate dengan SEM menggunakan software AMOS.Berdasarkan analisis data dengan menggunakan SEM dan pembahasanhasil penelitian yang telah dikemukakan, dapat disimpulkan : Bahwa variabelSpiritual Leadership berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja Manajer. Purwarupa Sistem Pemantau Dan Peringatan Kadar Gas Karbon Monoksida (CO) Pada Kabin Mobil Berbasis Mikrokontroler ATMega8

High growth in vehicle, contribute air pollution and reduce human health quality. One of pollutants that generated by motor vehicle emissions is carbon monoxide (CO). CO gas can cause health problems for humans, even if exposed to long periods time will cause death. Emission test devices have been widely available in many auto repair shops, but at the moment emission testing, only read gas source or emissions sources from the muffler hole. Cabin space usually escaped from checking, whether there is pollution that enters the cabin or not. This final project has a purpose to design a carbon monoxide detector devices which will show the levels of carbon monoxide (CO) into 4 categories of air quality,that are safe, wary, watch out, and danger. System will automatically warning the driver if the gas exceeds the threshold. Microcontroller that used as the central data processing data is microcontroller Atmega 8, by ATMEL and use gas censor TGS 2442. Design begin with a hardware schematic and software design using BASCOM-AVR. Implementation phase include the implementation of the physical device, programs, and censor. Testing phase is done by testing the tool using 3 gas source, that are cigarette smoke, motorcycle exhaust, and car exhaust. The test result showed that the highest error rate on these tool when compared with a comparable gas analyzer scott instruments is 6.46%, with 93.54% accuracy rate. This CO gas monitor hasadvantage easily portable and include three actuators, that are LCD will show the levels of CO gas, buzzer will give warning sound when gas exceeds the threshold, and the vibrating motor provide tactile warning to the user

Sistem Informasi Penjualan dan Pemesanan Layanan Berbasis Web dan SMS Gateway di Petshop "PetZone"

Dewasa ini teknologi informasi sangat membantu dalam dunia bisnis. Kemudahan yang ditawarkan akan menjaring lebih banyak konsumen. Namun, Perusahan tingkat menengah seperti PetZone saat ini masih jarang yang menawarkan kemudahan berbelanja atau pemesanan layanan secara online. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah sistem berbasis web di Perusahaan PetZone yang dapat memudahkan pemilik dan karyawan dalam apenjualan, pelayanan, dan pemasaran, serta memudahkan pelanggan dalam jual-beli barang dan jasa. Atas dasar masalah tersebut dibangun Sistem Informasi Penjualan dan Pemesanan Layanan Berbasis Web dan SMS Gateway untuk menunjang proses bisnis yang ada.Sistem informasi dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP framework Codeigniter, javascript untuk tampilan yang dinamis, dan database MySQL. Proses pembuatan dan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan ini menggunakan metode air terjun. Metode air terjun meliputi kebutuhan pengguna, analisis, rancangan, implementasi dan pengujian. Pemodelan Sistem Informasi yang dibangun menggunakan metode berorientasi objek UML (Unified Modeling Language) yang terdiri dari Use case diagram, Class diagram dan Sequence diagram.Hasil pengujian Sistem Informasi Penjualan dan Pemesanan Layanan Berbasis Web dan SMS Gateway menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur yang terdapat baik dalam sistem informasi maupun SMS gateway dapat bekerja dengan baikdengan ratusan sample data, dan server SMS gateway dapat memproses lebih dari satu SMS secara bersamaan. Dalam perkembangan ke depannya nanti, Sistem Informasi Penjualan dan Pemesanan Layanan Berbasis Web dan SMS Gateway masih dapat dikembangkan lagi dengan menambah fitur-fitur pada SMS gateway sehingga lebih memudahkan konsumen
