Y-Chromosome Haplotypes in the Populations of Tatar in Russia
In recent years the study of the evolution and diversity of the human genome in the population had a rapid development, but the question of the demographic history of certain ethnic groups, such as the Tatars, remains open. The purpose of this paper is to compare the frequencies of Y-chromosome haplogroups in the population of the Kazan Tatars, Russian Federation and ethnic populations of the Volga-Ural region (VUR). The study of the genetic structure of the Tatar population from the data on the frequencies of Y-chromosome haplogroup reflects not only the probable participation of the Finno-Ugric component in the development of a particular ethnic group, but also the fact that in the content of major haplogroups Tatars did not stand out among other populations of the Volga-Ural region. In the realities of the modern domestic economy, the process of risk management of commercial banks associated to credit corporate customers, acquires new content. The assessment of what place in the companyβs activity has a work that contributes to solving the most pressing problems of our time: environment, social and general corporate governance comes to the fore. As a result, the focus is on a group of lending risks known as ESG. Since the areas of work of clients β legal entities, with which these risks are associated, and described mainly by qualitative, non-formalized characteristics, a difficult task for modern bank risk-management becomes normalizing the process of their evaluation when making specific decisions on the loan. This explains the interest and relevance of this research, the object of which is the risk management subsystem for lending to corporate clients by commercial banks, the subject is the consideration of ESG factors in this process. The purpose of the paper is to develop the basics of decision-making tools in the management of bank credit risks, with this group of factors. The authors apply methods of both general scientific (induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis) and special: system and retrospective analysis of existing developments in the field of justification of decisions of bank risk management. The theoretical significance of the research results consists in a complex analysis of the role and place of ESG-risks in the overall risk landscape and the integration of environmental, social and managerial factors into credit risk assessment. Basic principles of construction of phenomenological model, used to support credit decisions by banks of corporate clients taking into account ESG-factors that influence their activity, have been developed.Π ΡΠ΅Π°Π»ΠΈΡΡ

The purpose of this study is to develop tools for assessing the state of regional banks and to justify decisions on the allocation of resources between their business areas by adapting existing methods of banking management to the new economic environment. The authors apply both general scientific methods (induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis) and special methods: systematic and retrospective analysis of existing developments in bank decisions. The results of the application of these methods are the mathematical models describing the functioning of the credit-deposit and transaction of commercial banks of Tatarstan in the past three years from the point of elasticity of actives and liabilitiesβ substitution. In the paper, we systematized the indicators of actives and liabilities of the five largest commercial banks in Tatarstan in 2019β2022, we approved the equations that characterize these actives and liabilitiesβ substitution elasticity in MS Excel. The conclusion is that in most cases, there is a unitary elasticity of their mutual substitution, which leads to the conclusion that the Tatarstan banking system is currently in the growth stage of a new life cycle, which began in 2014, after the Russian economy entered new realities due to sanctions pressure. The recommendations were formulated for the banks of Tatarstan in terms of improving the quality of loan portfolios in new conditions: they should improve the methods of making decisions about the loans for companiesβ business activities which are first created.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ βΒ ΡΠ°Π·ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΠΊΠ° ΠΈΠ½ΡΡΡΡΠΌΠ΅Π½ΡΠ°ΡΠΈΡ ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΊΠΈ ΡΠΎΡΡΠΎΡΠ½ΠΈΡ ΡΠ΅Π³ΠΈΠΎΠ½Π°Π»ΡΠ½ΡΡ

Analysis of polymorphism in Alu-incertional loci in the population of Tatar in Russia
The study of variability and diversity of the human genome in the population had a rapid development. The purpose of this paper is to compare the data on Alu-insertion polymorphism in the population of the Kazan and baptized Tatars, Russian Federation, as well as in the neighboring populations. The material for the genetic analysis was DNA collected from 192 unrelated individuals, representatives of Tatar nationality (96-Kazan Tatars and 96 - baptized Tatars), Russian Federation. Data on ethnicity was found out by the survey, blood sampling was carried out on a voluntary basis with signed informed consent. Alu-insertion polymorphism in the population of the Kazan and baptized Tatars, Russian Federation, as well as in the neighboring populations was analysed. Β© IDOSI Publications, 2013
Regulatory Profile Changes of Lymphocytes and Peripheral Blood Monocytes in Children with Candidiasis Associated with Chronic Somatic Diseases
Β© 2017, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC. In this paper, we report results of the study of immune parameters with the assessment of regulatory and effector subpopulations of lymphocytes and monocytes with candidiasis in children with chronic somatic diseases (secondary pyelonephritis and obstructive diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract). Candidiasis was diagnosed by the rising level of circulating Candida albicans mannan antigen and culture mycological research. It was found that the persistence of fungi is associated with differentiated regulatory changes in the structure of subpopulations of lymphocytes and monocytes with preferential increase of immunosuppressive cells (CD4+CD25+hi, CD3+CD16/56+, CD3βCD8+, CD3+4 amid reduction of effector subpopulations of lymphocytes and antigen presenting cells associated with Th1 immune response profile
The influence of psycho emotional state of the cardio-vascular disease patient to the CHD treatment outcome
Β© 2014 by the author(s). Psycho emotional state of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients and its influence on CHD treatment outcome has been studied according to CES-D and N{cyrillic}A{cyrillic}DS(D) questionnaires. It was demonstrated that the use of agomelatine leads to the decrease of anxiety and depression evidence
Metabolic disturbances in children with respiratory diseases
The literature review provides information about the metabolic changes occurring during respiratory diseases in children. An attempt was made to summarize the scientific data on changes of protein, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in respiratory pathology in order to justify the need for a differentiated approach to the prescription of metabolic correctors, as well as to point to the need to develop the preclinical diagnostic methods for correction of the minor metabolic disorders by arresting the development of the disease. The introduction of new rehabilitation methods for patients in the acute stage of the disease will reduce the percentage of long-term forms and the chronization of inflammatory processes
Minimally invasive methods of diagnosis of bronchitis severity in children
The development of new minimally invasive differential diagnostic and prognostic criteria of severity of the various forms of bronchitis in children. Total 127 hospitalized children aged 5 to 14 years with various forms of bronchitis were examined. 78 of them suffering from recurrent bronchitis were attributed to group 1; and 49 children with acute bronchitis were attributed to group 2. The control group consisted of 35 conditionally healthy children. A special complex study included the determination of the indicators of oxidative stress using the model of oral neutrophils and the oral colonization resistance indicators. It was revealed that the children had significantly lower colonization index and anti-adhesive saliva activity than the control group, while the lowest value were observed in group 1. Children with acute bronchitis had increase in value of the spontaneous and induced luminol chemiluminescence as compared to control, while in case of recurrent bronchitis these values were below the reference value. Indicators of the induced luminol chemiluminescence in healthy children reached their maximum, in group 2 they tended to decrease, but decreased to minimum values in group 1. The use of minimally invasive diagnostic methods shows promise in pediatric pulmonology. Subject to severe defects of the mucosal protection system, the patients with recurrent bronchitis are extremely "vulnerable" to repeated bacterial infections (diseases). This dictates the need to conduct the targeted preventive and rehabilitation measures in this group
