UMA LEITURA MICRO HISTÓRICA DA EDUCAÇAO PROFISSIONAL RURAL NO PARANÁ: DA SUA CRIAÇÃO À LDB DE 1961
The article addresses education in countryside in a micro-historical perspective, in which it is pointed out more global changes of perspective on economy, technology and state management that have a direct impact on rural education. Such impacts are pointed out as a negative repercussion in rural man's culture, since it reaches a certain ethos, causing anomie and chaos in rooted customs. By means of historiographical notes that refer to Portuguese Empire in Brazil, it is pointed out the beginning and the reforms in rural vocational education as the meeting place of these two perspectives: the global and the local, that is, the pressures for changes that start from a Global perspective and the reforms of school models to meet political and market demands.O artigo aborda a educação tecnológica do campo numa perspectiva micro-histórica em que se apontam mudanças mais globais de perspectiva da economia, da tecnologia e da gestão do Estado e que impactam diretamente a educação rural. Tais impactos são apontados como repercussão negativa na cultura do homem rural, uma vez que atingem um certo ethos, causando anomia e caos em costumes enraizados. Através de apontamentos historiográficos que remetem ao Império português no Brasil, aponta-se o início e as reformas no ensino profissional rural como o local de encontro destas duas perspectivas: o global e o local, ou seja, as pressões por mudanças que partem de uma perspectiva global e as reformas dos modelos de escola para atender às demandas políticas e mercadológicas
MÉDICOS, PROFESSORES E COLONOS NA OCUPAÇAO TERRITORIAL NO SUL DO BRASIL: O INTERLAND PARANAENSE
By the end of the eighteenth century until the mid-nineteenth, many discussions happened about the territoriality of Brazil. There was a unique nearness, almost accomplice from the pattern of thought emanating from evolutionary/naturalist philosophy, conveyed in the Brazilian academy, especially in the School of Philosophy of Sao Paulo and the actions of immigrant settlement. In a perspective of macro and micro historical relation, it suggests to perceive the materiality of an imaginary science taking shape in the organization of the territoriality in southern Brazil, focusing specifically the case of the State of Parana. Dismembered from the Province of Sao Paulo in 1853 its headquarters is centered in Curitiba. Until the late '40s, little was known about the "ends of the hinterlands." The access to the border between Brazil and Paraguay, where today demarks the municipality of Foz do Iguaçu, were accessible by Argentina due to difficulties or nonexistence of access from the capital to the interior. Doctors, teachers and settlers were individuals or social groups and founders of the domestication of the hinterland. No final do seculo XVIII até meados do XIX discutiu-se muito o tema da territorialidade do Brasil. Houve uma proximidade única e quase cumplice das matrizes de pensamento emanados da filosofia evolucionista/naturalista veiculada na academia brasileira, de modo especial na Escola de Filosofia de Sao Paulo e as ações de assentamento de imigrantes. Numa perspectiva de relaçao macro e micro historicas sugere-se perceber a materialidade de uma imaginario de ciencia tomando forma na organizaçao da territorialidade no sul do Brasil, focando especificamente o caso do Estado do Parana. Desmembrado da Provincia de Sao Paulo em 1853 sua sede administrativa ficou centralizada em Curitiba. Até final dos anos 40, pouca coisa se sabia dos “confins dos sertoes”. O acesso ás fronteiras entre Brasil e Paraguai, onde hoje a demarca o municipio de Foz do Iguaçu, eram acessiveis pela Argentina devido á inexistencia e ou dificuldades de acesso da capital ao seu interior. Estágio Supervisionado: de que práticas se trata?
The analysis emerges from the assumption that it is necessary to arrange the supervised internships based on the level of training offered by the educational institutions on their Degree courses. With the purpose of providing answers to the questions about what aspects guide us in our practices and what is the amount of improvements reached by these proceedings, this paper aims to demonstrate the cultural complexity involving the understanding of the supervised internship derived from the educational technicism founded by Federal Law nº 5692/1971, passing through Federal Law nº 01/2006 and culminating on the Resolution CNE/CP nº 2/2015, that establishes the new National Common Basic Curriculum, on July 1st 2015. Based on this historical series of educational legislation and theoretical analysis of authors such as Bernardete A. Gatti, José Carlos Morgado and Arilene Maria Soares de Medeiros, among others, we demonstrate some practical guidelines that are included on the curricular reforms of some of the Degree courses offered by the State University of Western Paraná.A análise parte do pressuposto de que é necessário pensar a organização do Estágio Supervisionado a partir de um tipo de formação que as instituições disponibilizam para as licenciaturas. Visando obter respostas às perguntas sobre o que nos direciona e sobre que avanços percebemos, o artigo busca demonstrar a complexidade cultural que envolve a compreensão do estágio supervisionado a partir do tecnicismo educacional fundado ainda na Lei Federal nº 5692/1971, passando pela Lei Federal nº 01/2006 e desembocando Resolução CNE/CP nº 2/2015, ou seja, a nova Base Nacional Comum Curricular – BNCC, de 1º de julho de 2015. A partir dessa série histórica de legislação educacional e analises teóricas de autores como Bernardete A. Gatti, José Carlos Morgado, Arilene Maria Soares de Medeiros, dentre outros, apontamos alguns encaminhamentos práticos que constam nas reformas curriculares de alguns cursos de licenciatura da Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná
CARTOGRAPHIES IN THE TROPIC OF CAPRICORN: AION, CHRONOS AND SOLDIERS IN THE TRIPLE FRONTIER
<p>The Tropic of Capricorn cuts through the Brazilian states of Paraná, São Paulo and Mato Grosso. A territory that, in the 16th century, was under Spanish control. The current triple border formed by Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina are located in this same and modified territory. In it, memories of the past and present intersect in different ways. We present the discussion on the text of a Military Report, written in 1942, written by the 3rd Sergeant of the Army, Manuel Cursino Dias Paredes, during his visit to this triple border; he travels by hydrographic route on the Iguassu, Paraná and Ivai rivers, retracing itineraries that date back to imperial and indigenous ancestries in territorial dispute in the 16th century. The source is part of the DOPS/Pr collection. An analysis of this historical source, sifted through a hermeneutic process, must insert itself in time and inquire about its content, how, when, by whom and where it was constructed? There are signs of the present time: the 1940s where national identity and integration were the themes that involved historiographical production, diplomacy and the actions of military forces. The result of the analysis showed that words, concepts and itineraries are full of meanings, displacements and co-creations; its discourse is of the normative order and document storage reveals practices of memory conservationism in the face of the social demands of the present time. The hermeneutic method adopted in the documentary analysis allowed us to understand the displacement that the production of a Report carries out among phantasmagoria built on the territorial dispute and which were practiced/remembered in documentary form in 1940; The fragment and analysis allows us to conclude and think about the Greek myths of Aion and Cronos that Deleuze and Guatarri point out as weaving and controlling time, that is, that political practices of controlling memory and territory weave the present with ghostly memories of the past. This study is an interpretative essay on these possibilities.</p>
Suicídios: fato social e desenvolvimentismo na base dos atentados contra a vida (Suicides: social fact and developmentalism on the basis of attacks against life)
<p align="justify" ><b>Resumo:</b> Há várias formas de abordar o tema suicídio. A academia tem tratado como respostas à desigualdade das estruturas ou como psicopatologias da pessoa. Porém, se olharmos além das letras é possível perceber uma plurisignificação das ações ao invés de comportamentos tipificados. Agricultores do Brasil tem sido alvo de tecnologias produtivas que não levam em consideração estudos de impactos para pessoas e meio ambiente. A Fiocruz, Sinitox e Anvisa, tem alertado para o alto nível de periculosidade de produtos manipulados no meio rural (mas também no urbano) sem as devidas precauções, ou apesar delas. Neste texto é demonstrado um cenário nacional de ocorrências de suicídio motivados pelo uso de químicos na agricultura e um estudo de caso do Oeste do Paraná. Somente no ano de 2008, ocorreram 33 fatos consumados, todos eles na área rural. Através de metodologia específica, recorre-se a dados estatísticos, do registro civil e obituário, e resultados clínicos para mensuração dos dados. <br><br><b>Abstract:</b> There are several ways to address the issue of suicide. The Academy has been treating it as a response to the inequality of the social structures or as individual psychopathologies. However, if we look beyond the writings, it is possible to perceive that the suicidal actions have multiple meanings instead of revealing typified behaviors. Farmers in Brazil have been the target of productive technologies that do not consider impact studies regarding the people and the environment. Research centers and governmental agencies such as FIOCRUZ, Sinitox and Anvisa have alerted to the high hazard level of the products handled in rural areas (as well as in urban areas) without the appropriate precautions or despite them. The present text demonstrates a national scenario of suicides motivated by the use of chemicals in the agriculture and a case study in the Western region of the state of Paraná. In the year 2008 alone, this area has registered 33 suicides, all of them in the countryside. For the measurement of data, our study resorts to statistics, civil and obituary registries, and clinical outcomes via a specific methodology.</p
