    Analisis Kinerja Perusahaan dengan Metode Balanced Scorecard pada Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel Surakarta

    Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel (KSPH) is one of the hotels in Surakarta. The performance measurement at KSPH Surakarta all this time is only viewed from financial aspect. The financially measurement of performance is not enough to reflect the actual company performance, so it is needed the more comprehensive method of performance measurement as a benchmark of target attainment of the company. Balanced Scorecard is an alternative choice for the measurement of a company performance. The objective of the research is to gain result about the application of Balanced Scorecard in measuring performance at KSPH Surakarta in the year of 2011-2013 through four perspectives; financial, customer, internal business process, also learning and development perspective. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive method type job and activity analysis. Data analysis technique used in this research was interactive model. The result of this research shows that performance at KSPH Surakarta in the year of 2011-2013 based on the analysis result toward the four perspectives of Balances Scorecard achieves at 64,583%, it means that KSPH Surakarta has the good performance quality in achieving target strategy for every perspective in Balanced Scorecard

    The aims of this study are; 1. To obtain forecasting demand according to customer needs, 2. To get the lowest production costs in the design of the CV Biojanna Nusantara, 3. To get the lowest inventory cost on CV Biojanna Nusantara, 4. To get the right transport models in CV Biojanna Nusantara, 5. To generate the application of supply chain management in CV Biojanna Nusantara.This study uses quantitative methods to the modeling system. data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documents. The data analysis technique used is demand forecasting, aggregate planning, EOQ, transportation, and supply chain management. The results showed demand forecast for the period of 2015 as many as 444 685 bottles, raw materials inventory management requires a fee of Rp 12,371,327,650, the results of Rp 96,784,275 aggregate planning, the management of inventories of finished products amounted to USD 69 140, and the results of the calculation of the transport of Rp 1,017. 053 450. The total cost to run the flow of supply chain management of Rp 13,485,234,515. After compared with the previously applicable calculation will result in a fee of Rp 13,803,224,736 be obtained savings of Rp 317 990 221. The results of this study demonstrate the application of supply chain management can provide cost and time efficien cy, and to improve services to the consumers better, so companies gain higher profits

    The objectives of this research are to analyze: (1) the validity of constructivist-based module on Economics learning material for Grade XI of Social Science Program in Semester 2, and (2) the effectiveness of constructivist-based module on Economics learning material for Grade XI of Social Science Program in Semester 2.This research used the research and development (R&D) method to develop and expand the existing product in an attempt to generate a new accountable product. i.e. constructivist-based module on Economics learning material for Grade XI of Social Science Program in Semester 2 so as to improve the students\u27 learning result in Economics. The research used the procedural development model claimed by Borg and Gall. Its population was all of the students as many as 165 in Grade XI of Social Science Program of State Senior Secondary School 1 of Bandar Sribhawono, Lampung Timur, in Academic Year 2014/2015. The samples of research were taken by using the purposive sampling technique. They consisted of 60 students: 30 in control class and 30 in experimental class.The developed constructivist-based module on Economics learning material for Grade XI of Social Science Program in Semester 2 is feasible to be used as it has fulfilled the required criteria in accordance with the guidelines for textbook assessment of the National Education Standard Agency (BSNP) of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia 2014. The developed constructivist-based module on Economics learning material for Grade XI of Social Science Program in Semester 2 is effective to improve the learning result of the students as indicated by the average score of the learning result of the control class and the experimental class, namely: 78.57 and 83.47 respectively. This indicates that the learning result of the experimental class is more excellent than that of the class control. The significance value of 2-tailed t test is 0.003, which is less than 0.050. Thus, the proposed H1 is rejected, meaning that there is a difference of score average in the learning result between the students of the control class and those of the experimental class, and the improvement of the learning result of the experimental class is better than that of the control class

The population in this study included the entire eleventh grade IS students of Public Senior High School 2 Sragen of academic year 2012/ 2013, which consisted of three classes. Those three classes were XI IS 1, XI IS 2, XI IS 3, where the amount of whole population in this study was 98 students. The sampling used cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this study were XI IS 2 class, which consisted of 32 students as the experiment I class, and XI IS 3, which consisted of 33 students as the experiment II class.The data techniques of collecting data were test for economics achievement, questionnaires for students\u27 motivation and documentation. To analyze the the hypothesis, the researcher used two-way analysis of varience with a 2x2 factorial design and the significant level was 5% . The prerequirement test in this study used normality test by Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z test and Homogeneity test with F-test.From the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) There is effect of Think Pair Share (TPS) and Think Talk Write (TTW) toward economics learning achievement, (2) there is effect of high and low motivations toward economics learning achievement, (3) there is interaction between motivation and teaching learing types Think Pair Share (TPS) and Think Talk Write (TTW) toward economics learning achievement

    The research is aimed to determine the strategy of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is most effective in increasing customer loyalty of BMT Sukoharjo Amanah Ummah. This research used a descriptive research method with a qualitative analysis approach. Data collection techniques used was interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the five elements of the IMC strategy there is one element which is most effectively used to increase customer loyalty, namely personal selling strategy. Based on the results of the interview, it can be seen that personal selling is the most obtained information source by the customer of BMT. It is proved by 21 customers or 56.8 %. While the location factor is the fewest obtained information source that is 7 customers or 18.9 %. Personal selling strategies can increase customer loyalty, because it interacts with BMT directly. BMT marketing goes straight to the customers by providing good service so it can create a good context with the customers. This case can make close context between customers and BMT, therefore it will create loyalty. Thus, it can be concluded that personal selling strategies is the most effective to increase customer loyalty of BMT.     The objective of this research is to investigate how far the correlation between entrepreneurship orientation and competency of knowledge and skill aspects on marketing performance of blacksmith craftsmen in Madiun Regency. This research used the survey method with the quantitative analysis approach with associative problem formulation. The samples of research were taken by using the saturated sampling technique for the population number was relatively small, namely: 30. The data of research were gathered through questionnaire. They were then processed and analyzed by using the computer program of SPSS 16 for Windows. The result of research shows that the variables of entrepreneurship orientation and competency of knowledge and skill aspects significantly influence the marketing performance as indicated by the value of Fcount = 45.624 with the significance value = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the two variables, entrepreneurship orientation and competency of knowledge and skill aspects, have a positively significant effect on the variable of marketing performance. Due to the significant effect of each variable, the blacksmith craftsmen in Madiun Regency are encouraged to improve their entrepreneurship orientation and competency of knowledge and skill aspects so as to improve the marketing performance of their business operation

    : The influence of Transformational and Transactional Leadership to Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence and the relationship among transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Social Science Faculty and Economics Faculty Yogyakarta State University employees. This study was classified as descriptive qualitative research with a sample of 87 participants. The data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Hypothesis test was using the regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. Variable meditation test was using the method of Baron and Kenny. The result showed that transformational leadership had a positive effect on the job satisfaction, transactional leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on the OCB, and job satisfaction was a mediator to the effect to the transformational leadership and transactional leadership on the OCB employees
