The purpose of this study is to determine, analyze, and predict the financial difficulties faced by PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period using the Atman Z-Score, Springate, Zmijweski, and Grover methods. This study uses secondary data, namely the annual financial statements of PT.Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk for the 2016-2019 period, recorded using document technique records and analyzed using the Atman Z-Score, Springate, Zmijweski, and Grover methods. The final results of this study indicate that PT.Ultrajaya Milk does not experience Financial Distress, this is because the results of using these methods obtain numbers that exceed the standards set by the method

Analisis Penggunaan Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) Dalam Menentukan Keputusan Investasi Pada Saham Indeks JII Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This study aims to assist investors in choosing efficient and inefficient stocks, knowing which stocks have optimal returns and risks and investors knowing the CAPM method in determining the best investment decisions. CAPM is a model for estimating returns on risky securities or as a benchmark in evaluating the rate of return on an investment. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique, the sample was determined by the criteria, namely companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange included in the JII stock index, companies whose shares were included in the JII index consistently. The selection criteria in this study is to choose an efficient stock where the individual return is > the expected return (Ri>ERi). The results of this study indicate that there are 5 efficient company stocks, namely BRPT, BTPS, ERAA, INCO, and TPIA and 25 inefficient company shares. &nbsp
