    The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Etawa Goat farming techniques in the research area, as well as to analyze the Etawa Goat livestock business feasible to be cultivated in the research area, and to find out the obstacles faced by farmers and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the Etawa Goat cultivation technique at TAMI FARM Ranch was carried out intensively, namely goats were kept in cages continuously, feeding was carried out three times a day with predetermined formulations, the goat mating system was still carried out naturally, and traditional medicine was given so that goats always healthy and free from disease. Some of the obstacles faced by TAMI FARM farms are limited land and supply of feed. As for the efforts made by farmers to face obstacles, namely planting various types of grass for goat feed, as well as renting land for goats or for planting feed for goats

    The purpose of this research is to know the implementation procedure of good corporate governance (GCG) principles in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, through the identification of stakeholders, namely commissioners, directors, and stakeholders; investivigasi GCG operational framework, and explore the procedures and implementation of GCG principles in CSR programs. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach, that is triangulation test and objectivity test. The data collection technique used interview technique, where the source of irisis comes from three stakeholders. Further analysis is performed in accordance with triangulation test approach and objectivity test. The results show that 1) Board of commissioners, directors, and stakeholders have their respective roles in the framework of developing the operational framework of GCG in PDAM Bantul. Stakeholders in PDAM Bantul play a role in mutual supervision between one party with other parties so that the company can survive in running Good Corporate Governance (GCG). 2) The design of GCG operational framework implemented by PDAM Bantul can not be separated from the close relationship between stakeholders and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Stakeholders play an important role in order to formulate, develop, and implement CSR programs. In preparing the CSR program that will be implemented by PDAM Bantul, the stakeholders are also strongly supported by the application of GCG principles which are also based on the Deloitte Governance model, making it easier for PDAM Bantul to implement a well-designed CSR program. 3) PDAM Bantul from the point of view using the Deloitte Governance model has been able to manage the nine elements well so that the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices of PDAM Bantul well done and moreover well the application of GCG principles, the CSR program designed by PDAM Bantul can Well done

    This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on competitive advantage; determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on performance and determine the effect of competitive advantage on performance. The data collection method was obtained by using a questionnaire on MSME actors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and collected 204 respondents. The data analysis tool uses the AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique.     This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Image, Consumer Satisfaction and Product Quality on Purchase Decision of Cheers Kombucha Products. This study uses a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression methods. The variables used in this study were primary data which were taken directly by distributing questionnaires through the Google form and distributed to Cheers Kombucha consumers. The number of population in this study amounted to 100 people. The sample is determined by calculation using the slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image, Consumer Satisfaction, and Product Quality have a partial effect on purchasing decisions

    Penelitian empiris ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Reputasi Underwriter, Reputasi Auditor, Persentase Saham yang ditawarkan ke Publik, Financial Leverage, Profitabilitas (ROA), Profitabilitas (NPM), Current Ratio, Ukuran Perusahaan, Umur Perusahaan, dan Jenis Industri terhadap Underpricing saham pada penawaran saham perdana di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2000-2012. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan variabelvariabel Reputasi Underwriter, Reputasi Auditor, Persentase Saham yang ditawarkan ke Publik, dan Jenis Industri tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Underpricing, Variabel Financial Leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Underpricing. Sedangkan Variabel Profitabilitas (ROA), Profitabilitas (NPM), Current Ratio, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Umur Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Underpricing saham pada penawaran saham perdana di Bursa Efek Indonesia. When intrapreneurship goes wrong and is abandoned, it won't just spur innovation; it'll also assist those who have good ideas to help their companies raise money to create more innovative products. Pegawai can become an agent for business change by encouraging intrapreneurship within the company. The purpose of the study is to comprehend the role that expertise and work environment play in fostering intrapreneurship. As a result of the survey's use of 25 indicators for each and every variable, more than 150 respondents from the University of Amikom Yogyakarta responded. The research's findings indicate that it is possible to combine and simultaneously improve one's skills and professional network in order to foster intrapreneurship

    Faktor penentu keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk Wiu Bakery

    This research aims to determine the determining factors that influence purchasing decisions for Wiu Bakery products, namely those consisting of price, product quality and brand image variables. This research uses a convenience sampling technique or sampling by taking samples that are easy to find. Questionnaires were distributed to Wiu Bakery consumers from sales data of 50 consumers, but 41 respondents returned the questionnaire and were suitable for processing. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that price and brand image have a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Wiu Bakery products. However, product quality does not influence the decision to purchase Wiu Bakery product

    Peran inovasi sangatlah penting agar kelangsungan organisasi dan produk dapat bertahan serta dapat mencapai keunggulan kompetitif dengan kompetitornya. Fenomena yang ada di negara maju, masyarakatnya sudah peduli dengan lingkungan sekitar melalui menggunakan barang yang bisa didaur ulang dan tidak merusak lingkungan. Penggabungan pengetahuan dan manajemen kualitas dalam melakukan inovasi sudah dilakukan oleh Paguyuban Batik Kebon Indah di Bayat, Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Para pengerajin batik melakukan inovasi dengan menggunakan pewarna alami untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan yang ditimbulkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh transfer pengetahuan dan manajemen kualitas terhadap kinerja lingkungan melalui inovasi bisnis serta ingin mengetahui peran moderasi antara lean environment dengan inovasi bisnis terhadap kinerja lingkungan pada Paguyuban Batik Kebon Indah Bayat Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memberikan kuesioner secara langsung kepada karyawan Paguyuban Kelompok Batik Kebon Indah Bayat Klaten Jawa Tengah. Teknik statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transfer pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap inovasi, manajemen kualitas berpengaruh terhadap inovasi, transfer pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja lingkungan, manajemen kualitas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja lingkungan, inovasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja lingkungan selanjutnya hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lean environment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja lingkungan

    Kaluna Badminton Club is a service business that provides a platform for young children to teenagers to become talented and accomplished athletes by practicing using the correct basic badminton techniques. The purpose of establishing this business is because there is not yet a single club that accommodates children from young age to adults to become proficient at playing badminton with the correct basic techniques in Imogiri District. This research was conducted to find out how to manage and develop business strategies at the Kaluna Badminton Club using the Business Model Canvas concept. The Business Model Canvas framework is used as a tool to achieve business targets in a detailed and structured manner. By using this study, it becomes easier for business processes to achieve their goals. The research results from this Business Model Canvas identification can provide the right business strategy choices for the Kaluna Badminton Club in each block. The blocks on the Business Model Canvas include customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, key resources, key activities, key partners, cost structure, revenue streams.
