Los nobles contra su rey. Argumentos y motivaciones de la insubordinación nobiliaria de 1272-1273

[ES] A través de una sección específica de la Crónica de Alfonso X, se realiza un acercamiento al pensamiento político de la nobleza castellana del siglo XIII, tal y como se refleja en los acontecimientos de 1272-1273. Se sugiere: a) que el auténtico móvil no declarado de la revuelta pudo ser la oposición nobilaria -principalmente de los Lara- a las ambiciones imperiales de Alfonso X; b) que el estudio en profundidad de las reivindicaciones nobiliarias no sólo revela ambiciones e interes particularistas, sino también la existencia de concepciones sobre el reino, la sociedad y el papel de la nobleza en la misma que entran en colisión con las iniciativas articuladas desde la monarquía en los decenios precedentes.[FR] À travers l’analyse du passage de la Chronique d’Alphonse X consacré aux événements des années 1272-1273, l’on tente une approche de la pensée politique de la noblesse castillane du XIIIe siècle telle que ces événements la reflètent. L’on suggère: a) que le véritable mobile, non déclaré, de la révolte a pu être l’opposition nobiliaire -principalement des Lara- aux ambitions impériales d’Alphonse X; b) que l’étude approfondie des revendications nobiliaires ne révèle pas seulement des ambitions et des intérêts particuliers, mais encore l’existence d’idées sur le royaume, la société et le rôle de la noblesse dans celle-ci qui se heurtent aux initiatives monarchiques des décennies antérieures.Peer reviewe

IL-15 modulates the effect of retinoic acid, promoting inflammation rather than oral tolerance to dietary antigens

Nature 471(7337), 220–224 (2011).The physiological immune response in the intestine against dietary proteins and commensal flora is characterized by regulatory mechanisms (tolerance) that prevent harmful consequences. Intestinal dendritic cells (DCs) have a central role in the development of immunosuppressive regulatory T cells owing to their ability to produce TGF-b and retinoic acid (RA). However, the article under evaluation shows an unexpected effect of RA – that of promoting a proinflammatory phenotype in intestinal DCs involved in the generation of inflammatory immune responses to dietary antigens. By using a double transgenic murine model that resembles human celiac disease, it was demonstrated that RA synergizes with IL‑15 in promoting the breakdown of gluten tolerance and the development of enteropathy. The tissue microenvironment modulates DC function, and immune therapies that are based on RA aiming to restore oral tolerance should be used with caution because the presence of IL‑15 (and/or other proinflammatory cytokines) may have undesirable effects.Peer reviewe

Оценка эффективности использования основных фондов нефтегазового предприятия (на примере ОАО «Стройтрансгаз Сибирь»)

Целью дипломной работы является анализ основных фондов и оценка эффективности их использования, а также разработка эффективных путей и инструментов управления основными средствами на предприятии. Объектом исследования послужило открытое акционерное общество «Стройтрансгаз Сибирь», осуществляющее свою деятельность на территории Томской области. Период исследования составил три года (2013-2015 гг.). В финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организации основные средства занимают одно из центральных мест. Эффективное их использование способствует оптимальному и экономному потреблению других видов ресурсов (например, сырья, материалов и т.д.). Таким образом, от состояния и эффективного использования основных средств зависят и качественные показатели деятельности хозяйствующего субъекта. Основными показателями, характеризующими эффективность использования основных средств, являются: фондоотдача, фондоемкость и фондорентабельность. Немаловажное значение имеют и коэффициенты технического состояния основных средств (коэффициенты годности, износа). В качестве конкретного мероприятия по повышению эффективности использования основных средств ОАО «Стройтрансгаз Сибирь» было предложено использовать специальный корректировочный коэффициент с целью сближения фактического физического состояния основных фондов и их бухгалтерского отражения.The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the fixed assets and estimation of efficiency of their use and the development of effective ways and tools of asset management at the enterprise. The object of the study served as an open joint stock company "Stroytransgaz Siberia" carries out its activity on the territory of Tomsk region. The study period was three years (2013-2015). In the financial-economic activity of the organization major means is one of the Central places. Their effective use promotes optimal and economical consumption of other types of resources (e.g., raw materials, etc.). Thus, the condition and effective use of fixed assets depend on the quality of the activities of the entity. The main indicators characterizing the efficiency of use of fixed assets are capital productivity, capital intensity and fondamentalisti. Also important, the coefficients of technical condition of fixed assets (coefficients of shelf life wear). As specific measures to improve the efficiency of use of fixed assets of OJSC "Stroytransgaz Siberia" it was proposed to use a special deemphasize the gaps between the actual physical condition of fixed assets and their accounting treatment
