    The study was conducted to determine growth variability of ebony within the provenances using provenance test. The results of this study were expected to show growth variability of ebony in different provenances. For the purpose of the study, five provenances of ebony (Maros, Barru, Sidrap, Malili, and Mamuju) were prepared. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using multivariate analysis with SPSS version 10. the results showed that the Sidrap provenances had higher growth compared to the other provenances at seedling stage.     This study carried out on PT.Toyota Agung AutoMall Pekanbaru.Under the guldance of Marzolina,SE,.MM and Drs.Restu,.MSi..The research aims to examine the influence of Compensation and monitoring to the Employee Performance Effectivity. Object of this research were service advisor, foreman, and technical at Toyota Agung Automall Pekanbaru. There are seventy four questionnaires were sent, but only sixty three questionnaires are returned. That data are analyzed by multiple regression method. The variables were examined are influence of Compensation and monitoring to the Employee Performance Effectivity. The results of this research showed that Compensation has an effect to the Employee Performance Effectivity, monitoring has an effect to the Employee Performance Effectivity. And the result of this research showed that the compensation and monitoring have an effect to the employee performance effectivity. The results of this research also showed that coefficient determinant is 38,7%

    Forest as a natural resource in Indonesia involves high biological diversity. In South Sulawesi, ebony wood is one of endemic and typical natural resources and its existence have placed Indonesia as the producer for the wood with highest economic value. The high economic potency of ebony wood has caused an intensive exploitation of ebony from its natural habitat.. One of factors causing the degradation was the existence of uncontrolled harvesting activities which were not accompanied by rehabilitation efforts. One effort, which can be carried out to anticipate the progressive destructive condition of the ebony in its natural habitat, is by developing and implementing tree breeding as well as genetic conservation systems. This research was addressed to identify the ecological conditions of various habitats or provenances of ebony. Ecological characteristics observed in the current study were the potencies of volume, regeneration or density, and environmental conditions covering four different provenances (Maros, Barru, Sidrap, and Malili). Data were collected by applying random sampling method in plots and field measurement.Research results indicate that the standing stock of different provenances varied from 2.25 – 6.86 m3/ha in volume with the density of 0.8 – 2.16 trees/plot, 2.54 – 6.3 poles/plot, 4.79 – 9.72 saplings/plot, and 90.54 – 139.86 seedlings/plot. The research results show that the existing volume and density of ebony belong to the low category compared to the natural condition.     The research was conducted at PT. Multi Auto Intrawahana Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) against work stress and its impact on the retention of employees at PT. Multi Auto Intrawahana Pekanbaru. Total population in this study were 53 employees and a sample is taken from the entire population of 53 employees. The determination of the sample using census method or technique of total sampling is a sampling technique that is done by taking the entire population. The results of the study of job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee retention, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has no effect on employee retention, job stress significant negative effect on employee retention, job satisfaction significant negative effect on job stress of employees and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) negative effect significantly to the stress of employees of PT Multi Auto Intrawahana Pekanbaru. Advice can be given that the leaders should provide equitable opportunities for all employees in career development, to employees in order to always maintain good communication and continue to think positively with each other and the company should be able to pass training on cooperation and responsibility to cultivate an attitude and awareness of responsibility and cooperation on the employee

    This research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) of Riau and Riau Islands Regional Office where the population is all employees in that office. The samples taken were 65 respondents. The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and motivation through job satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) of Riau and Riau Islands Regional Office. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis, to test the effect of cultural variables work, motivation to employee performance through job satisfaction. The result showed that organizational culture influence on employee performance and organizational culture influence on employee performance is through the satisfaction of the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) of Riau and Riau Islands Regional Office, while the motivation variable does not affect the performance of employees. The researchers suggest the company may need to increase efforts to internalize the organizational culture in the workplace and also more attention to aspects of employee satisfaction in order to support improved performance

    Effect on Performance Leadership Training and Hospital Nurse on Mother Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru

    This study performed on mother child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. This study destination to determine how the variables influence and leadership training simultaneously and partially on the performance of nurses on mother child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. As for the population in the study was the nurses who work on mother child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru which amounts to 69 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses namely Quantitative Analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 17.0. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test or F test showed that the training and leadership have a significant effect on the performance of nurses. The results of the partial test or T test showed that the training variables partially significant effect on the performance of nurses. And leadership variables partially significant effect on performance.     Holistic nursing practice related to nursing knowledge. Knowledges the foundation of nursing actions and is one component of a healer in nursing care. This research\u27s pupose is to provide information about nurse\u27s knowledge of holistic concept in nursing care. This research used quantitative research with descriptive survey design. Respondent of this research 134 nurses with used total sampling. The data was collected with spread the holistic nursing knowledge questionnaires. The results of this ressearch showed the level of nurse\u27s knowledge in medium level with each percentage of knowledge is personal 39,6%, empirical 42,5%, aesthetics 53%, ethics 50,7%. Knowledge in less level is unknowing 52,2% andsociopolitical44,8%. This research provide information about nurse\u27s knowledge of holistic concept in nursing care.
